**** VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR 5 YEARS!!! ****
You can choose to listen to a "BITTER EX-EMPLOYEE" or a parent who's never had one issue in the 5 years our son has attended Together We Grow (TWG). I can't say enough good things about the Daycare. At (TWG) educating the children is very important. They start from the Infant Stage on up! They work on Colors, Shapes, ABC's, Gross Motor Skills, you name it and they apply it into your child's everyday activities. Your child gets a daily sheet, letting you know what they did, ate, how long they napped, they even recorded diaper changes!! They have a few different playgrounds, as well as an indoor Gross Motor Room. This way the kids can all play, but it's never "Big Kids with Little Kids" They run a very structured schedule and somehow keep all the kids on a great routine. They have a photographer come in at the beginning of every year and take pictures of all the kids and you can buy packages. They also take the kids on field trips (with your permission obviously) and go to pumpkin farms etc. Like I said before, I can't say enough about TWG!!
I've read some of the other reviews about the Owners caring about money etc???? First of all, show me someone who owns their own business and DOESN'T care about the money! Money is what keeps their business running, food in their kid's mouths, and their bills paid. They have the same concerns as every other "RESPONSIBLE ADULT IN THE WORLD" The prices are comparable if not better than other daycare centers. PLUS it includes Breakfast, Lunch and 2 Snacks/Drinks daily!
Please don't let this "Bitter ex-employee" who wrote one review, get in your head about this place, being anything but GREAT!!
All you have to do is take a tour and see for yourself. First it's much bigger inside than it looks from the road. I never would have thought it was as big as it is, or that there were all these playgrounds around the back. The thing that impressed me THE MOST when we went on our tour was the "Sound" Every other daycare center I'd ever been to, as soon as I would walk in I'd hear screaming/crying etc...Not at TWG, we walked in and walked past all the classrooms, all the kids were engaged and seemed to be having fun! ALL the kids looked like they were having a blast! Karen recommended we leave our Son in the classroom that he'd be entering, if we decided to go to TWG, to see how he did. We left him in the room, took the rest of the tour and he could of cared less! We were sold, and our son started that Monday. I must also mention this, in the past 5 years of us picking up & dropping off our son I've heard screaming or crying "MAYBE" 5 or 6 TIMES!!!!!! That's a mild miracle in itself, if you ask me!!! I also think that speaks Volumes and Shows that the children at TWG are HAPPY & CONTENT, and well taken care of.
Because we don't live in the ESM area, this September my son will be finishing up his time at Together We Grow, and beginning Kindergarten in our District. It will be sad to say goodbye to Karen and all of the teachers that took such great care of our Son!!
Anytime anyone asks me about childcare I recommend TWG and will continue to do the same! Even without my son attending I have the confidence to continue backing them up, because I know the ship that they like to run!
****I DO HAVE 1 COMPLAINT lol****
The only thing I have and want to warn you about is MS. DIANE!!!! Be prepared for child to start comparing you to her. Be prepared to start hearing "Well that's not how Ms. Diane does it", "Well That's not how Ms Diane cooks it", "Ms. Diane's carrots are different than yours, I like Ms.Diane's better" ***LOL I'm just giving you a heads up*** Ms. Diane is the woman who prepares all of the kids meals, and takes the time to cut the food into little tiny bites, for the babies, and cut all the crust off the sandwich's for the older kids. She's really awesome and all the kids seem to love her!! I just wanted to warn you because your cooking will never be the same lol

      Sincerely,
AN OVER THE TOP PLEASED MOM & DAD

Although I did not choose to send my child to this DayCare, I feel compelled to write a review of this DayCare since I had a very positive experience with the owner and also very positive reports from current and past parents of kids who have come here/are coming here.
I toured the DayCare with the owner and when I asked the owner if I could speak to some current parents to hear their experiences first hand, the owner promptly reached out after we finished the tour and had 2 current parents call me. They both had extremely positive things to say about the DayCare and staff. I also had a friend of a friend who had a child that went here and they also said it was a really nice place.
Ultimately I chose different DayCare which was more spacious but also more costly, so you'll need to weigh the options and make your decision according to your preferences/budget.
Overall, I think this DayCare, Together we grow, is a great option and I feel it's good to give credit where credit is due and that's why I am writing this review.

      First to Review

Don't take your child there. You walk in and the place stinks. They are so concerned with money and they don't care about the children. When i dropped my infant off, i put him in a swing and when i picked him up he was in a swing. As he got older id put him in an excersaucer and pick him up from the exercauser. I know they changed him and fed him but he was never held and never put ont eh floor to play. I walked in one day and set him on the floor to play and the teacher jsut about lost her mind.
When I first started my son at TWG i was paying 205 a week. becasue im a single mom I got assistance. When assistance kicked in I asked for a statement of how much i overpaid and i wanted to see when i would need to start paying again. I got my statement to find out They were overcharging me. I asked about it and i was told it was being fixed. So weeks later i ask for a new statement and I get it to find the same price. This led into a whole week long questioning back and forth about why i was being charged more. The owner was even calling me while i was at work to discuss the statement. After 2 weeks of this back and forth about the bill, I get a phone call @ 930AM while im working on a friday, its the owner. She is calling to tell me today will be my sons last day. He is not welcome back next week. They are all about the money.
