Tire Discounters

I always receive good quality advice and quick, courteous service. I plan to use tire discounters in Washington courthouse again in the future.

Shawn made an excellent recommendation for my wheels and tires. The service was outstanding and they gave me several tips to take care of my tires. I was asked to come back in 150 miles so they could check the torque. They have my business from now on! All the guys I talked to were very nice and helpful.

Bill went above and beyond, to get me a set of tires. I buy all my tires from this location, even though there is another TD closer to me. I've always had great service from the Washington CH store and will continue to use them.

Very pleased with the excellent service! They seem to have good teamwork and managers jump in too and not just stay in the showroom!

My husband were on our way to Hershey Pennsylvania and had a flat on 71. After the stress of putting on the spare and then trying to figure out the next step it was close to closing time for all the shops. I called Joey and told him we our gps said we would arrive minutes after closing. He asked the if anyone would be willing to stay. Nick agreed. They both stayed after closing! Saving our trip! They were both very kind and helpful! We could not ask for a better experience with this Dicount Tire!

I stopped at a Walmart in this town, needing a break from a rather long car ride from the Ohio River area, and when I was ready to leave, the car didn't want to run and the brake pedal was hard and the brakes didn't want to function.

This tire store was in the same complex and they found time to check my car, especially given the circumstances, while not pushing anyone out of the way who had been there previously.

They found that the hydraulic hose attached to the master cylinder was split (apparently, the one found by Kings VW yesterday and on order) and yet another hose beneath it had been split. They tried to locate the part to no avail, but they had some brake hose remaining from another job, and like mechanics from 30 years ago, used the hose creatively to replace both split sections. The brakes work fine again, although they suggested that I might want to get the VW parts in any case.

The final total was $22.68, which is phenomenal and once I'm done at the VW dealership, that's probably about what I'll get in change.

Alignment seemed rushed. Don't believe they throughly inspected tie rods, struts, ball joints or wheel bearings (wheel hub). Right front still has a vibration after adding new tires and alignment.

I have purchased two sets of tires there and have been less than satisfied with the customer service. They draw you in with the "free tire rotation" but when you go to take advantage of the perk - you end up waiting FOREVER. Everything seems to take a very long time.

My advice - shop local. Ralph the Tire man has better customer service and prices.

They suck a$$ at changing tires they took 2 hours after they got it in the garage and most of the time they weren't doing anything but being lazy a$$ hole do not come here ever because they wast your time
