I think his name was Ryan but he was literally amazing to work with and was so patient and proactive either fixing my tire. We ran into so trouble and he was so understanding and went out of his way to get it taken care of and even let me come pick it up a little after they closed so I didn't have to wait until the next morning. 100% on customer service!!!!!!

Great service here! My daughter needed several things done to her car, tires, brakes, alignment, etc. The GM, Andrew, checked her in and got her an Uber to go home and wait for her car. That was above and beyond to me. The work was done promptly and to her satisfaction. This location will be my go to place for wheel work!

Yes, our service was stupid good!! My son and I had oil changes and tire rotations. They were done quickly and ready when promised. Great job guys and gals!!

When I walked in, they were nice but the service quality was bad. I went in for a punctured tire. They first said it would take less than an hour but it ended up being 2 1/2 and I was the last person who walked out and it was closing time. Also, they finished my tire with uneven pressure for each one.

Thanks to the young man who helped me out as I had a few questions in the parking lot. Darn I wish I had caught his name.

Purchased tires from TD 5,500 miles ago. Free rotations every 5k and within 6,000 miles or 6 months of purchase, they'll fix a damaged tire FREE! Fast forward to now, 11/13/19 15:15. It pays to have good customer service and this place doesn't! Quoted me a price to have a damaged tire fixed and rotation, $45. No big deal, I'll wait in line and figure it out. So I questioned it knowing their policy, paperwork in hand, and Big Biff the employee stomps out of his cave in the back and says, well we didn't know you bought them here. Ever heard of asking the customer, "did you purchase your tires here?"That's where good customer service would be highly effective. Maybe she's carrying tire discounters paperwork for A REASON! I was fine up until Biff comes out questioning everything and acting like he's bothered to deal with it. Condescending, rude and not organized at all. 4 bays open, long wait times. Won't come back to this location. No other customers when we arrived for our SCHEDULED appt and are told it will be an hour. I should have known! It's a plug and rotate, not nasa space shuttle launch codes! Almost 2 hours later, still here. 2 employees in the bay arguing over who's doing what. Both walking around sipping Red Bull's like it's cocktail hour. Employees "friends" pulling up for air in tires and they just walk away from the job their doing to help a brother out. LAZY!!! I a MESS!!

Being a teenage back yard mechanic (a long time ago) I generally don't trust a mechanic, especially when we are talking about an expensive repair ($900+). Matt walked me through it and then took me to the mechanic. I knew that he knew what he was talking about almost immediately. Nobody tried to talk me into the expensive repair as they just presented the options and I made the (informed) decision to order the repair. It would have been a 5 star rating as the repair was done well and when scheduled but the parts house failed to include 2 pieces necessary for the installation thus completion was delayed by a few hours until they got the part.

- It took a few hours to change the tires, much slower than I had previous experienced.

- Afterwards tires aren't holding air, and I have to refill them every week

- Prices were average

- Rep told me that they could not do the alignment that day and to come back, even though I already paid for it.
