Don't let the name fool you as it has me many times in the past. I thought "design" would've meant high prices and bougie attitudes but quite the opposite. I called yesterday to see if they had my tires in stock. While they didn't, he said he'd get them there by no later than noon the next day. Took my name and number and indeed called me this morning and let me know to hop on over. I was in and out in under 30 minutes with two new tires, all of them rotated, and one spare in the back. Definitely will be coming back.

This review is based on how nice and accommodating the staff is at Tires By Design. Even though I did not have my car serviced for Tires, I went to ask about having help putting air in my tires.

The guys sprang into action and put air in all my tires. No cost and they did it with a smile.

I tipped the gentleman for helping me and said I will definitely be back when I need new tires!! Thank you.

No customers in the shop and 3 guys "working" behind the desk when I went in for a rotate and balance. I was asked if I had an appointment. I said no and and was told I was behind someone that was not scheduled to be there for 12 minutes. Again, no other customers in the shop and 3 employees looking at the same
computer screen. Obviously they don't know how to multitask so why would I trust them with my vehicle.

Been working with Chris here for years. He has always gone above and beyond for me, and my family. Takes care of us like we are his family. Won't go to another tire shop. Have made an hour plus drive just to go to this location, passing the bother shops on the way.

I went to my appointment for a tire rotation and the employee took one look at my front tire and said there was not enough tread left to rotate them. I do believe there is a tool for measuring tire tread depth but not for this kid. I told him that I did not come to buy tires today, but am here for a rotation and if you will not rotate them then I will go somewhere else. So i went to Discount Tire who was happy to rotate my tires. I did have to pay them for the service since I bought the tires from you but they will be getting my business from now on. Good Day.

We had something stuck in one of our tires so we dropped in and they immediately came out to see what it was.
While they were looking at the one tire they looked at all of them and found that the wheels are out of alignment and we had uneven wear on all the tires.
They ordered us tires and I went back the next day to have them installed. I was in and out in about 1/2 an hour and I felt they have me a great price.

Wow. I wished every business was as professional as this one . I booked a last minute appointment to have a tire checked because the valve wasn't working. They squeezed me in and were ready for me right when I got there. In Less than 5 minutes later he had it replaced with air loaded in all tires .

Really great service. Came here for balancing my wheels and I'm really happy with the outcome. I asked if they could be gentle with my wheels because they were just refinished. They were more then willing to accommodate me. My wheels were removed, balanced, and reinstalled without a single mark. If you have a special car or truck and need some professionals to deal with your wheels, these are the perfect guys to do it.

I was skeptical at first because they're not a huge chain, but they are straight across the street from me, and I had to think about it for a few days ... they had already given me a great price. So I popped the floaties and jumped in. And seriously I'm glad I did , I had four new shoes within 45 min. Clean waiting area with a nice tv. Clean working area!!!! I highly recommend them!

The entire team at Tires by Design is top notch! Chris was so helpful with outfitting my new 2022 Bronco with new wheels. He helped me put together an awesome look! He was so patient with me while I made decisions and offered guidance, which I greatly appreciated. All the guys in the shop are polite, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Tires By Design!
