Time-It Lube

I brought my car in for a simple tire rotation and the guys at time it lube destroyed a lug nut and gouged my rim. I brought it to the mechanic they suggested and he determined that they were at fault but unfortunately they refused to pay for damages despite promising to make it right.

SLOW!!!!!! Been here for a hour. There was only two of us here and now there are four. Probably won't come back. Might just have to go somewhere that has a good Yelp review. Took a chance. You live you learn. Don't let the quick in the name full you. Defiantly not. But the guys are nice and that's the only reason they got two stars. All I wanted was a oil change. I have never sat this long for a simple everyday oil change.

I have been going to Time It Lube here in Haughton since they started up. With 5 vehicles to service I was always pleased with their service. Last week when I took my truck in I noticed a decline in their service. Today when I brought my daughter's vehicle in is the last time I will do business here. 1st I was told that now that they have partnered with Valvoline all customers will have to stay in the car while being serviced. I refused. I walked in the lobby and all the walls have been stripped of their informative brochures, books, etc. When the oil change was completed & I paid for the service, they no longer give you air freshener, trash bag & napkins. I noticed this last week. They give you a coupon for the car wash but is not in operation. I also noticed this last week. When I got in the vehicle I noticed they no longer vacuum the car as in the past. I also did not notice them checking the air pressure in the tires either. Also while in the lobby a vendor was there removing all the coffee & cappuccino machines. The little things is what makes the difference and there are plenty of options of where I can take my vehicles for servicing & I will exercise my options & no longer do business with Time It Lube as it appears they have gone down hill.
