I really appreciate when a business takes pride and puts heart into what they do. I felt the love in my manicure(s). I went in for a gel mani and picked a bright neon color. They soaked off my previous color and did a great, detailed mani. When I left the color changed and got foggy, which didn't look right so I went back. They fit me in immediately and soaked it off, repainted with a new color, and refused twice when I offered to give a nice tip for their time repainting. That is amazing service and pride in their work product.
I completely recommend this nail salon!

Visiting from Boston and needed my nails done. Read reviews and went to Tiffany's. I had the owner's husband do my nails and he was fabulous. Not only did they let me bring my dog in, but he was a fabulous conversationalist! My nails look great! He did a dip french and shaped them classically (square/round) and they turned out great. Remember, bring cash for 10% off. Thank you for a beautiful and very QUICK service!

People here are so RUDE!
The nail techs are constantly talking in Vietnamese in front of the clients and I can't be apart of the conversation because I don't understand anything they are saying. I think it's rude since they know English. In any industry, speaking a language that is not conversationally friendly to your client, customer, etc is considered rude.

The man who did my nails was rushing to do my pedicure, barely filed my toes barely scrubbed my feet. He did my pedicure in 4 minutes and it was rushed and not relaxing.

There are all sorts of funky things here, Their bathrooms are unkempt & Dirty,
No paper towels, their tools aren't new, buffers and toe separators was reused to do my pedicure, his manicure station are messy and dirty.

Great place for a pedicure/manicure! Very clean and reasonably priced. They took great care of me. Try to go during the week as it appears to be crazy busy on the weekend! Previous reviews mentioned a need for renovation-this must have happened, because it's very clean, and has a new feel. Highly recommend!

I got a mani pedi here today and I was very pleased! The staff was very friendly, greeted me and they were very professional. The shop is very clean, massage chairs are comfy. My nail technician was excellent, she was quick and efficient and did a great job. I will definitely be returning.

It looks like they remodeled the inside since my last visit. Still not the best service I've received, but it gets the job done.

Feet look great. BUT for 25 I expected to have both legs wrapped in a individual towel. Not one hot towel laid across both legs????

Worse place on Earth! First time I went the "boss" lady was so rude and mean to my 13yr old daughter that was having her nails done. I just went today at 11:05 am to give it one more shot. BIG MISTAKE!!!
Same "boss" lady there asked me what service I wanted. I told her pedicure and she said ok. I sat there waiting for 10 minutes only to be told by another lady that they could take me at 2:15pm. That would have been nice to be told that when I walked in. They are only friendly to their "local" customers and treat others like dirt. I can not believe this lady runs a business! I will NEVER set foot in her door again! Learn some customer service and manners for everyone not just your "friends". If there was an option for minus stars that is what they deserve!

Got a mani-pedi. It's the first one I've had so I can't compare it to other places. All I know is I loved it!

I walked in and was given a chair right away, but several others had to wait who arrived after me. There were 3 nail technicians working and about 8 women waiting to be served. Those with appointments were taken first.

I know I'll be going back here since it's adjacent to the Bi-Lo on Bees Ferry.
