Thunder Bolt Carpet Cleaning

My carpet looks Exactly the same after as it dod before! We were told that this spot is from walking there all the time. I find it hard to believe this area could not be cleaned. It's as if all he did was come and wet our carpet! I had referrals lined up for him if he did well but nope! Worst carpet cleaner ever!!!

Jeff was on time, very friendly, did a great job and cleaned up after job was done. Honest, reliable and affordable. I will definitely use again.

What more can I say except, 5 stars on customer service, ease of appointment scheduling, affordability (much better prices than the others) and very professional the entire visit, we added a few services after got started and it wasn't a problem, he didn't try to up sell on anything. We will definitely recommend this business and utilize Thunderbolt again in the future.

I heard a lot of good things about this company, so, I decided to hire them. They were fast and punctual, professional, affordable with no extra fee surprises. To top it off, my carpet look great! I had other known companies to come out and clean my carpet, I must say, I would always use thunderbolt carpet cleaning!

The Thunderbolt crew are great !! They have been to our home three times and every time they come the carpets look great. We will use them again and again for sure!!

I finally received a message on my cell phone the night before the 12/12 appointment which stated there was an appointment the next day- but it was a different company name, and I did not get this message until late at night. I had left numerous email messages stating that I needed written confirmation, due to a hearing impairment. The owner (of 2 companies) did arrive, but I was not able to allow the service to be performed since I didn't get the written confirmation that I requested, and was not prepared. He explained that he has two different companies, which explained the different company name, left on a message. At this point, Jeff was able to reschedule for a couple days later. He arrived on time (within the 2-hour window) and did a pretty good job.... my carpets have some stains that possibly will never come out, so cannot fault them for this.

I bought a "groupon" for their service at $89. My daughter called the phone number to confirm what was to be done before actually purchasing the groupon. Little did she know that she was talking to "schedulers" and not to Thunderbolt. When they arrived LATE they informed my daughter that they would NOT HONOR their phone commitments and they wanted another $50 to do the job which we refused to pay. SCAMMERS whom I've reported to Groupon who promptly refunded my money. The scheduler, Isaac, is not the owner Jeff....Caveat Emptor...LET THE BUYER BEWARE!

Thunderbolt just left my home for the 4th cleaning in a little over a year. The reason I keep calling Jeff at Thunderbolt is that this company provides the very best service I have ever received from any carpet cleaner...ever. I have three wonderful, and messy, children (4.7.& 8) and wonderful, expensive, white carpet throughout my home. I have been through several carpet cleaners over the years and have ended up forgetting their number after the first cleaning. Either the service was shoddy or always included "add-ons" once they show up. I found Thunderbolt on a "daily deal" website and call him whenever it's that time again to give my home a fresh look. Always on time, always through, always happy & never a "extra" charge. It is a pleasure dealing with a man who owns his own company and takes pride in doing the right job every time thus creating a repeat customer. Before he started on his last visit, Jeff commented that my carpet looked pretty good. I told him that this is because of the job he has done in helping me keep both my house in order and keeping my kids !!

I called this company after purchasing a Groupon online, which I feel I might have received better service if not using a coupon. Went a little back and forth on the phone to schedule a time to get my carpets cleaned but Jeff was very nice and we scheduled a time. My appointment was for the next day between 1pm and 3pm. My husband had most our furniture moved that morning, he works so he was gone all day. I, being 7 months pregnant and having 2 small children at home moved the rest of our stuff in living room, dining room and three bedrooms off the floor and vacuumed the entire house. At 2:30 Jeff calls to tell me my tech's machine is broken and he won't be able to make it out can we rescheduled for next week. If you've ever had your carpets cleaned in your entire house you know what a pain it is to get your house ready! I explained all this to him and I asked, don't you have any other techs? He said well yeah one guy who is finishing up in Roswell (15min from my house) will be done in an hour or two, he might could make it out there. He said he would call me back then. He NEVER called and I called and left a message never to hear back from him. Very, very unprofessional. I understand things happen out of our control but you always call your customer back! Will never recommend or use this company!
