I've gone to Thread several times simply because it's reasonably priced, and located in my neighborhood. I have to say, every time I've gone, I was never truly satisfied with how my services turnout out or how I was treated by particular technicians. I simply kept coming back for convenience.

Just when I thought I was approaching my last visit there, I met Mona!! The woman is quick, precise, and so friendly. I must admit, I'm not easy to please when it comes to brows, but what woman is? They have to be perfect, and Mona listens attentively to make sure she delivers your dream brow shape.

Super quick, great results for both waxing and threading. I've always walked in and never had a problem but appointments are an option. Can choose between soft or hard wax for Brazilian

Just moved back to the area after living in California for over a decade. Did a walk-in for eyebrow and upper lip. Sumi was meticulous and fast and respected my request for only cleaning out the brow and not thinning them out. They have a loyalty reward too. Will be back soon

$18 for both eyebrow and upper lip threading. It was my first time here and the woman did an amazing job. Quick and efficient, and was thrilled I was able to walk in without an appointment and get seen in just a few minutes. Highly recommend!

Very upset by having to update my review for one-star review. I have been going here frequently as my go-to threading spot. In previous experiences, i have seen them be experts who patiently listen and craft your eyebrows. But then my favorite thread-er, Sonali, had moved.
When i entered today I was seen by someone named NC? Her initials possibly? I tried to explain to her how I just wanted cleaning and no shaping. I like my eyebrows longer and thicker and she didn't listen at all. She thinned them out and gave the right one a weird shape, instead of just following my brows and just cleaning. My eyes were clearly welling up with tears. When she asked if I liked it, I couldn't even lie. I said, "No i don't. This is exactly what I asked you not to do. It is what it is but hopefully, it grows back" I'm very frustrated by this experience and unfortunately will have to find another threading salon in the area. Does anyone have suggestions?

Felt safe coming here so far, especially when I got someone who used the threading necklace device so there was no contact with their mouth (Mona uses the double mask method so still no direct contact). I think I prefer the threading necklace method but have had great results both ways and appreciate the salon accommodations for increased safety. But either way it was overall a good experience given the circumstances. And it's never been crowded.

My new go to place for eyebrows in the city. I moved to NY a couple of months ago and this has been the place I found to leave my brows on point everytime. They take walk-ins and appointments. You will not be dissapointed if you come here for your brows.

$12 for an eyebrow threading. Usually $8 in the area but it was super fast even without an appointment. Easy experience

Mona did a great job with my eyebrows! She listened to what I wanted, got the shape exactly as I asked for, and didn't take off too much like many other threaders have done in the past. Only con was for upper lip/chin waxing - definitely lost some skin in the process

Would 100% come back for threading but absolutely not for waxing

Edited to add in response to the owner's reply: I've gotten my face waxed numerous times and have very rarely had issues

Just moved to the city and was hesitant to try a new place but I'm super happy with my threading! Thank you Mona, I'll be back!
