We first met Theresa when we were visiting Portland, preparing for a move from the east coast. It was clear that she was knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, the housing market, and all the things you need and expect from your agent. Equally important, she also seemed to be completely dedicated to helping us find the right home in the right place.

Months before we moved she was sending us listings and even scoping out houses we were particularly interested in. When we finally arrived, our sole task was finding a place to live. We were desperate and it seemed like it was Theresa's only task too. Of course she had other clients, but it never felt that way. She always made time for us.

When we finally settled on the home we wanted, Theresa gave us a little piece of advice that we were resistant to do, but we listened. That advice got us under contract fast. In fact, the sellers liked our offer so much (thanks to Theresa) that they accepted it even though they knew other offers were going to be coming in.

Of course, once you are under contract there always seems be other stressful setbacks, a little drama, and a handful of problems that seem insurmountable. Theresa helped us navigate all those things, she talked us down when we were going crazy, and (again) she was there every step of the way.

Theresa went above and beyond for us. We wouldn't consider using any another agent.

We were introduced to Theresa and Brian through good friends and couldn't have gotten a better recommendation. Of course, we were dream clients, that goes without saying, but they made property buying from out of town super easy. (They do help people in town too!)

Theresa was super responsive and available when we needed her, and their Docu-sign documents were handy so we could complete everything online from another town and expedite the process. What could have been a big headache with a bank-owned property was almost effortless with Theresa's help. She was always there for us with answers to our questions, she had great sympathy when the process slowed on the bank's end, and her thoughtful gestures along the way were much appreciated.

While I don't ever want to grow out of the great place we got, at least I'll know we'll be in good hands if we eventually need something bigger.

Having known Theresa and Brian for ages they were who I turned to when buying my first home a little over two years ago.

Theresa was incredibly patient as we slogged through the dregs of Portland real estate that my tight budget would allow. And when the perfect home was finally found she helped negotiate my first real estate transaction with ease.

This past summer, we were looking to simultaneously buy and sell a home and were introduced to Brian & Theresa through a mutual friend. Our experience working with them could not have been better.

On the selling side, Brian & Theresa provided market comparables and straightforward feedback surrounding the staging of our home. Following their advice, our home sold within days of coming to market!

On the buying side, they actively listened to all of our needs and quickly learned our tastes in homes and locations. Throughout the search, they maintained open communication and were accommodating to our schedules, including some spur of the moment requests for showings.

Ultimately, with their help, we were able to arrange the closing of our sale just prior to the closing of our purchase. What could have been a stressful ordeal was made much less so by their care and their experience in real estate.

He was always efficient and I never felt like he was wasting my time looking at properties that were of no interest. My wife and I were possibly one of the most difficult clients. We were trying to buy from out of town, and only available to view properties once every couple of months over a weekend. Both of us are very picky and control freaks.

Theresa and Brian provided solid advice throughout the bid/offer process each time, ensuring we did not overpay when we got into a bidding war on the first property. All this from hundreds of miles away. We ended up with a better property at a lower price.

They were never pushy about any property and very quickly learned what types of property we were looking for - even though this spanned various styles and areas -carefully filtering property details before suggesting them to us (saving us time and frustration).

The icing on the cake was the wonderful welcome when we finally moved into our new home - a champagne reception, wonderful snacks, and maps and magazines to help us get acquainted. What a welcome. I'm not sure we could have done it without them.
