The Works Auto Body

Have taken my Honda Odyssey van here twice for body work and they are the absolute best. No issues with their work. With respect to pricing, both times were covered under the other drivers insurance. Paid out of pocket for sliding door scratch while the van was in the shop for the insurance covered repairs - you definitely get what you pay for with this body shop. My friend Chris T. who is my go to friend for any car advice told me to take my "baby" car here after my first accident when a woman rear ended me. Josh has always been very nice and responsive. They work on a LOT of high end cars here ... and minivans with owners like me

Customer service here is top notch. I'll never go anyplace else. Cant wait to get my car in and repaired.

The Works Auto Body has done two jobs on my 1967 Lancia Fulvia Coupé, and both have been done just right. The first job was reshaping the fender inners to fit more modern wheels and tires properly ... It works just right now. The second job was a bit of rust repair and refinishing the rocker panels to a more sporty look in matte black, along with adding some finishing touches to the rear of the car (the original LANCIA Fulvia badge and rally-style covers for the old bumper mounts.

I was bowled away by my experience with The Works - Josh and Chris redefined going above and beyond.
My need was different - I was looking at buying a car that had damage from a previous accident and wanted to get a good body shop to check it out before I decided on buying it. I called The Works and reached Josh. I'd never worked with them before, but Josh asked me to send over pics of the car, he went through them, taking me through his analysis in detail - and I hadn't even booked a service with them.
Also, I had to make a decision within a day on the car and I wanted to get it checked at a body shop as well as do a full mechanical PPI. Josh couldn't fit me in, so I thanked him for his guidance and told him over email that I will find another body shop because I couldn't wait. Josh asked me for the details of the mechanical PPI, and guess what, when I was doing the mechanical PPI, Chris turned up!
Chris was such an expert and did a great analysis and was even able to show me where the work had been previously done. This was so helpful! The thing that struck me the most was that both Josh and Chris really cared that I made the right decision!
The fact that they took time, for someone who wasn't even a current customer speaks volumes. I am 100% going to take my cars there if the need arises, as well as recommend The Works to my friends.

While I was waiting at a drive-thru window, the driver behind me was texting and rammed into the rear bumper of my 124 Spider. After The Works Auto Body did their magic, you could never tell that anything happened.

This car is painted a beautiful pearl white metallic and I worried that the body shop would not be able to match the factory finish. No need to worry. These guys know what they are doing. I also had them repair some minor front end damage and everything turned out perfectly.

So impressed--I have looked all around this car and cannot find anything wrong. Good pricing, good communication, and excellent attention to detail. Recommended, especially if you are a car enthusiast and sweat the small details!

The car gets bent, comes out straight and shiny. These guys know their craft. Ask for Josh. He's the man.

3.5 stars. We have been dealing with Chris solely for years, and his service had been excellent and personable and of 4.5 to 5-star quality, but since Chris embarked on other ventures and our last couple of visits for repair were left to believe he was on his way out. A new apprentice was stepping up to manage the shop while Chris was hardly around. That personal service, care, and attention from Chris we miss. Turn around time had been longer while the repair work and service had also gone down. It has not been the same.

I brought my Mercedes in to fix my bumper that was hit. I got an estimate from the dealer but took it over to The Works. They were 30% cheaper and fixed it within a week.
The dealer said it would take 2-3 weeks. The finished product was great. They were very responsive and easy to do business with.

I've asked Chris and his crew to fix a few cars over the years. The latest was a parking lot side swipe to our Alfa Romeo.
As usual, the quality of the work was spectacular. I don't shop anywhere else for auto body repair.

The Works Auto Body did repairs on my Lexus RX350 after it was sideswiped. I was so disappointed in my insurance company's responsiveness, but these guys were so great that the whole experience was great. I picked up what looked like a brand new car. They washed it, inside and out and never once complained about how long my vehicle was with them. I highly recommend them for painting and body work.
