What a gem! We drove out of our way to come here because of the reviews, and we were not disappointed. The restaurant itself was so quaint and yet classy. The music sets the mood. Also, the service was very attentive. For the food, we enjoyed the pot pie and the burrata. We would come again.

From the warm welcome to the friendly goodbye I just fell in love with this place. Fresh, healthy delicious food, like having a chef in the family. The Brazilian cheese bread is just insanely good, the filet cooked to perfection and the veggies perfectly cooked with a little crunch and great flavor. Ten out of ten!! Thanks Niki

My husband and I travelled to Fayetteville for a bike ride the first weekend in June. We booked a room at the Grand Fayette Hotel which was beyond lovely! We were surprised to find in this Grand Hotel in this tiny town a 5 star restaurant! Everything about the eatery was classy. Several seating options from plush couches and chairs for sipping wine with friends and enjoying light bites to formal dining at luxurious, well appointed tables.
We chose to share the Grand Charcuterie plate, some nice wine and Bourbon bread pudding! It was delicious!
Chef George frequently circulated throughout the dining room checking to be sure his food was being enjoyed and the experience was special. A resounding yes to both! The restaurant was very busy however somehow, the hostess performed flawlessly as the only waitstaff as well. I kept expecting delays and truncated service but not so! She was attentive and gracious. She seemed unflappable but had to be a little stressed. However if she was, it never showed. The whole experience was just perfection! This gem is just an hour from our home. We will be coming here for a special dinner again soon!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - CJ R.Houston, TX026Jun 19, 2023
This is the Premier Restaurant in Fayetteville. The food is excellent and the service is way above par. The reason I don't give 5 stars is that they don't seem to consider that someone might be allergic to gluten. My husband loves to eat here. There is almost nothing I can eat! $60 buffet for Father's Day. Can't order from a menu - buffet only. Only 2 items on the buffet are gluten free. Two items for $60! The addition of a simple bowl of fruit would have given me three items, which is how many there were to eat last Father's Day buffet. I drowned my disappointment in Mimosas, but I'm incredulous that their only back-up plan for people with allergies is "too bad, so sad."

We love EVERYTHING at The Wine Bar, nothing has ever disappointed...food, service, ambience, all is exquisite! We have enjoyed brunch many times (the biscuits, just eat the biscuits!), as well as intimate celebratory dinners, and special luncheons, to go orders, and even a pre-order during ArtWalk! This is a 5 Star gem hiding inside a beautiful small town hotel.

I would give 10 stars if I could. The hospitality is phenomenal the food was clearly perfected and homemade. Chef George was so sweet and checked on us before during and after our meal. Our waiter was AMAZING and so incredibly friendly. If I'm back to Fayetteville, I'll be back solely to return to this welcoming place.

Really enjoyed my time at The Wine Bar. Was there for brunch on a Sunday. Staff was very friendly and kept the champagne flowing. Food was really nice - my favorite was a toss up between the French toast and Belgian waffle. You should drop by for brunch or dinner! Enjoy the ambiance, good friends and great food

Located in an old western mainstreet, The Wine Bar and The Grande Hotel are beautiful. We enjoyed the AYCE Sunday Brunch. Olivia delivered exceptional service. The food was delicious with ample portions made to order. We even tired upstairs to view a spectacular guestroom. Would love to return and stay here.
