Excellent service amazing food!! The ambiance was so nice with fire pits on the patio.

I am not impressed with the food, especially for the price that was paid. We ordered two filets, both to be medium rare, a kids meal, and a cheesesteak sandwich.
One of the filets was medium at best, but was good despite it being cooked wrong. The second filet was well done and really tough. They did remake it for us, which we were grateful for. I didn't expect them to deduct anything from our bill because we still received our filet.
The kids meal, Mac and cheese and french fries, was a let down. Being in such a high end and pricey restaurant, I didn't expect them to bring out Kraft Mac and cheese. And it wasn't even good.
Our waiter, Andrais, was really nice and tentative to our needs. He was understanding and polite about our food being cooked wrong, as well as apologetic.

Easter buffet was terrible! Left over, over cooked prime rib, well done. I prefer rare.
Fish was also overcooked. Broccoli also overcooked. We had coffee but were never offered a refill.

After being open several years I just ate here for the first time. The restaurant is really nice inside and looked very clean and modern. I met friends for dinner, we had reservations so we didn't have any wait time to be seated which was nice. Our server was with us within a few minutes taking our drink orders and answering a few questions about the menu. We placed our orders and received some appetizers fairly quickly. Our entrees were a different story though, it took almost an hour to get our food. While there were several occupied tables I wouldn't say they were especially busy. We did have a party of ten but everyone ordered items on the menu without any changes at all. Two members of our party were brought something completely different than what they ordered, the server promptly took them back and said he would bring them what they ordered, by the time they got their food everyone was nearly finished with their meals. My food was good and prepared as I ordered it but it was luke warm at best when I got it. Everyone at the table seemed to have the same problem. Taste wise my food was good and had it been hot I probably would have really enjoyed what I ordered. We were at the table for nearly two hours and during that time management didn't stop by to check on whether we were happy with our meals and service. The two members of our party that had been served the wrong meals weren't comped or offered any sort of extras, which I felt they should have been taken care of in some way. Our server was good as far as taking care of us but didn't offer any explanation for why our friend's food was wrong. I felt the menu was a little pricey even though the food was okay. This is probably not somewhere that I will ever go back to.

Great little restaurant in the heart of downtown Ashland! It's located inside the Hotel but not hard to find. We were seated quickly by very friendly staff. They showed us a pretty nice lunch menu and we decided to try their steaks. They also have great cocktails! The whole meal was pretty inexpensive, tasty, and a good experience overall. Id definitely recommend when visiting Ashland.

Man I was so happy with the food and the service here! Our waiter, Eli, was the best! And the crab Rangoon's are the best I have ever had. Hit the tuna and filet medallions and it was great! This hotel and restaurant are the best! This is where I will stay and eat going forward! And the Luca hit the spot!

My friend and I went out and our first impression was this place is so fancy.
They do have some menú affordable if don't want spending $20-30 dollar. We got lunch menu $10 from 12 to 4pm

Their food are really good. Big portions and taste excellent. Our waitress was amazing and sweet.

They keep this restaurant very clean and well organized. Very impressive and will be coming back again

Great food! Fast service! I recommend this restaurant for any occasion! I had lunch here, and the food was cooked to order, then had dinner here on a separate date, and the service was remarkable.

Made a mistake on a business and booked the wrong Delta hotel but I'm glad I did. This hotel is nice with great rooms and many spacious and comfortable common areas.
I really liked the restaurant with good food. I like their sliders and the filet mignon medallion from the list of appetizers. But most importantly, they have bourbon (well it's in KY) a lot of bourbon. I had a rating flight as I'm not a connaisseur. Their breakfast is not great. They also encourage a local bakery (as they should) but I was not impressed by the cakes.
Anyhow, it's a very nice bar and restaurant for an hotel located in an isolated area.

Good food, good service. It could be great with a few changes. The kitchen prepares meat to Med. When ordered MRare. Server never asked how our food was. So we didn't return it. We were in a rush to get some sleep and wouldn't have requested a new one anyway. The house old fashioned had cloves. Neither of us drank ours. Even though my girlfriend had hers replaced, no one asked about mine. I didn't come close to drinking it. Like I said service was good. Super helpful truly caring servers. Really the management should have a better training program. I'll come back again. Could have just been an off night compared to others I have had here.
