The Waterworks

waterworks sent Travis to clean out my sewer drain after a couple backups. i have used Waterworks in the past which is why they were my first call.
Travis did an outstanding job and continued with his cutting tool until my drain was virtually clear.
They have an additional service that keeps the problem from reoccuring. I will be following up for an estimate.
I appreciated the professional service and never felt that Travis was trying to hurry through the job.

Waterworks installed a backflow preventer in basement back in 2020, This was from the Project dry basement that franklin county was promoting to help homeowners deal with sewage flooding their homes, I was told by the city and waterworks that this would stop the sewage from coming in my home because I didn't want them to dig up basement if this wasn't going to work, Well didn't work basement has flooded with sewage multiple times since then and I had Waterworks out april 2024, and the plumber told me the backflow is junk and that the plumber goes to multiple house a day having the same issue and his exact words they don't work and doesn't matter if you clean them daily. and there's nothing he could do besides clean it . I clean it 1x a month. So I let them tear up my basement for no reason and I still get sewage in the basement, I have called, messaged attorney general, reached out to 6 on your side, called lawyer, No replies I'm not kidding no one wants to help. This is Disgusting.

I recently clogged my kitchen sink and poured some drain cleaner down it, which then caused a leak. Waterworks was my second estimate and I felt much more comfortable with their plan and price than Eco Plumbers, so the tech had my rubber seal replaced in under 30 minutes and I was able to finish cleaning up the sink and kitchen.

They answer the phone round the clock, but might be next day for service calls. This worked just fine for me.

Intake was easy and the staff on the phone were friendly and polite.

The tech who came out was friendly, polite, and didn't try to upsell anything, he addressed only the problem at hand. I was overall happy with the service!

I have been a long time comfortworks customer and have always had excellent service and responsiveness. Jason is my service tech and he calls before coming over and is on time. Above all it is their trustworthiness that has been most satisfying.

Not a fan! We scheduled an estimate for a mainline replacement and we told they don't need to enter the home and that the estimate can be done from outside. (Not sure how they can give a proper estimate without entering the structure.)
Anyway, they come as I'm getting ready for work and knock on the door needing to gain entry.
You either know what you need to get an estimate done or you don't. This is common sense in your trade.
We will be supporting a small business instead!

Jordan was AWESOME. Personable and professional. He provided quality service in a timely manner at a very fair cost. Wish I would have called them first instead of a "handy man", it would have been done right the first time and no headaches. Lesson learned! All my future plumbing needs will be through The Waterworks!

This company operated an excavator on my property while digging into a neighbors yard.

Damaged my lawn.

No need for this. There was plenty of access on the property paying for the service.

When I brought this to the attention of the operator he looked at me as though he did not understand English.

Called the office. Asked for a supervisor to come out and see the damage.

No response.

This is sloppy work compounded by lack of oversight.

This firm has a remarkable inventory of equipment.

I don't think they can manage it.

Got a quote, asked to be put on the schedule for service, they never called. We ended up going with another company that was very responsive. Apparently, Waterworks is doing so well they don't have time to take on new jobs.

I have NO IDEA where this overall minor rating comes from - these people ROCK. I've used them on and off as needed since 2007. I know I'm behind on getting around to this - my fault Waterworks. I'll make it up to you.

We needed a new garbage disposal installed. We called last Sunday got an appointment the next day. The intake order on Sunday was efficient, easy and she was so professional and so kind to us. Andre came over on Monday and it took him all of 40 min to install our new disposal.

The service call was an automatic $60 and that gets applied to your quote. People don't work for free so I'll say that now so people can stop belly aching about a fee. It's a BUSINESS. $60 is reasonable to come out an assess.

The intake caller on Sunday told me when they call on Monday you have GOT TO PICK UP when they are in route because if they don't get a live answer they cannot make that stop. Great. Expectations set I got it.

Not only was he 15 min (after the call was answered :) ) he was in and out. SO efficient. I loved that.

Waterworks is the best. For about 15 years we had neighbors across the street where the guy worked for a competitor plumbing company. LOL. We still used Waterworks not to be mean but once you find what WORK for you, you stick with it. Happily. Love me Waterworks!

We had noticed our underground lines from the downspouts were not draining out to the street. I called another company and they gave me a very expensive quote. I had already called Waterworks and when Dan came out he said he could handle the problem.
I got a quote the next day, called the office and set up easy financing and waited for the installation.
Dan and Andrew did not know what they got into. The tree roots were everywhere but they stuck with it. They replaced the lines and got the front of the house working great.
Then Dan spotted an issue on the back. Thankfully he did since it connects to the sump and it stormed the next day.
