The Wairhouse Trampoline Park is GREAT fun and our little guy LOVED it! He ran around the whole time with a big smile on his face. I asked if he was having a good time and he said, "No," and then ran off to play more. We played for two hours, almost non-stop, and had a lot of fun.
The trampolines are REALLY fun and we loved bouncing across the room. I'm not sure why other reviewers said they weren't good for bigger kids. I'm a big kid and I had a great time bouncing. The foam pit was also really fun -- we jumped in many times over, and wiggled our way out to do it again. We also enjoyed stacking the blocks into towers and then knocking them back into the pit.
The Wairhouse includes a play area for little kids with small slides and things to climb on, a large trampoline area for kids, an even larger trampoline area for bigger kids and adults, two trampoline dodge ball areas, a trampoline basketball area, a obstacle course of some kind upstairs, and a pit of foam blocks with trampoline launching pads. The play areas generally seemed clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome.
They also have a small food court, serving drinks and snacks, with cafeteria style tables. This area is also available for birthday parties and other events.
We had a great time visiting The Wairhouse and will definitely be returning! For kids and adults it's the best play area I've been to in Utah so far.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - May 19, 2019
Even tho they lost our reservation, they made it work. Great place for a birthday party. My 5 year old loved it! You get a table for as many in your party and ice cream cake that was delicious. You can bring your own food. This place is great. Everybody seemed to have fun jumping even adults. Staff was nice and helpful. Prices are reasonable. Crowd control was great during Saturday. Most important, nobody got hurt!

15 minutes in I sprained my ankle trying to dunk on the tall hoop in the basketball area. I layed on the ground in pain for a solid 5 minutes before crawling to a couch nearby. The lady working the floor near me glanced over at me a few times, but didnt do anything else. She didnt come over to see if I was OK or try to help me or anything, none of the floor staff did. I ended up having to have my brother help me to the front desk, where the staff actually sat me down and looked me over. This would be a one star review had the front desk staff not been so nice and caring.
It's a really fun place to go, and I enjoyed the 15 minutes I spent jumping there, but please talk to your floor staff, because this is unacceptable. I shouldn't have to Anakin Skywalker on Mustafar crawl out of the basketball area when I sprain an ankle, especially when an employee sees me and just ignores me entirely.
Update: 3 years later and my ankle still has problems from time to time, and sometimes even makes popping sounds when I walk. Thanks Wairhouse!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Nov 25, 2017Previous review15 minutes in I sprained my ankle trying to dunk on the tall hoop in the basketball area. This place is so fun! It's affordable and the staff working the night we went was incredible. Chris and his coworkers went out of their way to make our sons first time at this place unforgettable. We just left and he already wants to go back! Our son is 2, turning 3 soon, and we're planning on having his 3rd birthday party here because of how well our first experience went. We went on a Thursday night, which worked out in our favor because it wasn't packed AT ALL! My husband and I had tons of fun too. Thank you WAIRHOUSE for showing us a great time!!!

Welcoming staff. Planned my son's 7th birthday party there. We rented out a private party room. Room was clean and set up prior to our arrival. It's a bit pricey to do a birthday party compared to other trampoline parks, but the kids had fun. If they want to improve, I would suggest including a beverage other than just water for the price you pay. The party hostess helped tremendously with set up and clean up afterwards. My son said, "That was the best party ever!" :)

You play dodgeball and basketball on the tramps but aside from that there isn't much else to do here but bounce up and down. You can jump into a foampit but there also aren't things to jump over. I'm no expert on these things but other places in slc do have bigger and bouncier trampolines. Also, the green padding around the mats are covering metal rods. You're told to be careful around them but one of our party tripped and hit her head hard. That seems like a hazard to me. Just an FYI.

I absolutely love this place. I visit my family two to three times a year so we try to pack my visit with as much fun stuff as possible.
The facility is in a weird place to me. It's called a wairhouse and it definitely is one. A big warehouse in an industrial place. As soon as I got out of the car it smelled. Like really bad. Maybe dog food? Poop? Fertilizer? I don't know.
You're required to have special socks and they're cheap. So it's cool. The place is amazing. Huuuuuuge area with trampolines everywhere and cages with basketball hoops and a big foam pit. The trampolines are fun, the only issue I have is that they're small squares with kind of padded borders. I definitely busted myself up a few times trying to fly around like superwoman.
There's also a big elevated obstacle course with a net and ropes and fun stuff to navigate through. Pretty cool. There's also an area underneath the course with dress up stuff and toys and jump ropes. It's a kids dream place, honestly, and I had a chance to be a kid.
The food court I can't say much about. Looked like movie theater or bowling alley food. Just grabbed a few waters and a Gatorade. Fun place, pretty cheap for a decent amount of time, and it's clean from what I saw.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Thanks Steph! The smell...tree recycling next door- :/ Unfortunate byproduct of a worthy endeavor! We appreciate all of the kind things you mentioned - wonderfully described! We've worked really hard especially recently to polish up the little details: Making the Kids Airena better (and FREE now) introducing better food options (and healthy options), and bringing in things to entertain non-jumpers. Clean, safe and fun is our goal! Lots of fun things planned for the near future too! Cannot wait to have you guys back!

Not that great if you have tall kids. The squares are smaller and make it hard for a taller person to jump across. While there I saw my own kid, and another, both land on the green mat, which is covering a metal bar. They both winced. I'm guessing it's this way because the ceiling is low. It's kind of boring. =/ Just a foam pit, no tower to swing/jump from into it. There's 2 Dodgeball courts and 1 basketball court. There's a course but it seems kind of juvenile. It's basically just a bunch of trampolines.
The staff was incredibly nice! Don't think we'll go again because I have older kids. My review is based on my kids experience.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Used to love coming here but today they accepted a day care of 150 kids and it's completely crowded. No place to jump completely unsafe! I suggested they have them come in a private party before it opens at say 11:00 & the rude girl scoffed. Completely rude and the biggest misuse of safety and running of a business.

We had a Groupon so we stopped in after spending all day at the water park. All of the employees were great, I love that they had different sections for smaller kids. We didn't take my toddler in but it was nice to have a different spot for my 3 year old to jump where he won't be bombarded with bigger kids!
