The staff here is super sweet, it seems to be primarily women who get along with each other and are helpful with customers.
I get sticker shock for prices on shipping - but I think that's just how it is these days.
The printers seem to be unreliable.
It's an easy drop off location for Amazon returns.

Never have had problems in past. New owners won't take postal. Time to find new ups drop off.

WOW! They charged me an unadvertised $1.50 to use their computer to print my UPS shipping label, when I was shocked at the cost to print 1 page (black and white) they explained they have a $3 fee to 'use their computer' and she was giving me a 'deal'. This is pretty blatant, equivalent of getting charged a $100 for a cup of coffee in a foreign country. Hilariously the customer next to me thought that was a good deal!!! Price gouging and they can't even give their drivers AC, what a great company.

called about hour before I showed up to make sure they do notary on an important time limited document . The website says open until 6:00 on the notary page, the lady said yea until 5:15 we do notary . I drove 20 min to get to this location. I get here at 4:40 and the two women said no they stop doing notary at 4:30 . I said I called they said 5:15. They both said they don't know who I spoke w but that's wrong and the lady at the counter who does notary doesn't feel good so she can't do it . I wouldn't have wasted my time , gas. Terrible customer service , rude and ill never go here

Great place to go when you need to ship something out!
Located in a strip mall of businesses next to the Sandy public library.
Easy to find and easy to park.
I had to ship out a box of my fishing waders, boots, and reels back to home because I caught so much fish I needed to make room in my Pelican box.
The nice gal at the counter was super friendly, helpful and helped me select the correct size box.
Got my package out quickly and cost efficient.
They offer notary, mailboxes, shipping, packing, and FAX services. The gal was super nice to everyone even when she was overwhelmed with lots of people!

If you want your packages to go "missing" this is the place to go! I challenge you to find another mailbox provider who can match their "package? No, we didn't get that package" rate. For me, it was an ASTOUNDING 33%!!!
I've worked with numerous delivery services and mailbox providers before. Most have not lost/stolen a single one of my packages. The highest lost/stolen rate I've ever encountered with anyone else is definitely less than 5%. But somehow UPS Sandy went OVER 30%. I could hardly be more impressed.
I wish I could have continued to pay for the privilege of having my packages lost/stolen by UPS Sandy. I do REALLY want to find out if they can go over 50%. Perhaps one of you wonderful readers could pay them for awhile and report back to me on your lost/stolen rate.
Unfortunately, I no longer have need of a mail service dedicated to losing/stealing my packages. My needs have changed and I now require my packages to come into my possession.
Sadly, I will no longer feel the thrill of driving to UPS Sandy to find out if they will give me my package, nor the joy of hearing "package? No, we didn't get that package."
Maybe my needs will change again. I hope so. Because if I ever again need to pay someone to lose/steal my packages, I KNOW where to go. And, now, SO DO YOU!
(I can already hear you asking a vital question. "Are you SURE it was UPS Sandy who was responsible for such a high lost/stolen rate?" Believe me, I don't want to steer you wrong when looking for a solution to ENSURE that your packages will be lost/stolen. I must confess I do have a tiny, mustard-seed size soupçon of doubt as to whether UPS Sandy deserves ALL the credit. All I can say is that based on the competence and concern demonstrated by other chains in the delivery process and the lack of competence or concern demonstrated by staff at UPS Sandy as well as actual evidence, records and testimony, I am 99.999% sure that UPS Sandy deserves full credit. I am sorry if I'm neglecting to give due credit to USPS, FedEx, or UPS outside the Sandy location. Perhaps they provided valuable assistance to UPS Sandy in achieving such an impressive lost/stolen rate. But there's simply NO WAY any of those other entities could have achieved this on their own. ONLY UPS Sandy could possibly have been solely responsible for this achievement. Without notice to box holders, prices were increased on their services. Scanning prices went through the roof from .10 cents a page to .45 cents. I was spending about $100 a week previously as they were locally owned. I will no longer be giving my money and business there since the ownership change. There is also no longer socially distancing markers in place. Machines have been moved putting people right on top of each other if more than one machine is on use for the copiers.

Best UPS Store experience I have ever had. The owners are very personable and customer oriented not to mention how hard they will work to meet their customers needs and make it as affordable as possible. Lets face it it costs a lot of money to ship nowadays but they will work with you with any concerns you might have to make it economical. Even if I would find a place that was less expensive (I don't know how, shipping is shipping) I would still go to this store just for the customer service. When I was in high school I remenber gett ing a couple A+'s for grades pretty rare for a teacher to do that. Weii believe me, I give this store a five star plus grade.

I've been a box holder here for several years and was always very happy with the service. Unfortunately, since an ownership change a couple months ago, I've had several issues, the most serious of which was a missing package containing 3 months of prescription medication that was ultimately located over a week later "in the wrong bin" at the store. I've spoken with the new owner several times now. She could not assure me these issues wouldn't continue and overall, I got the sense she didn't care.
