My review is about the $2 rip off they charge to print a label when you can buy 100 sheets of paper for like $10. Also, this service should be free if you have a mailbox here. They already charge $90 to have a mailbox so why don't they not scam people out of more money who come here frequently. Enough with the greed. Most of the employees are nice although I've dealt with some rudeness here and there.
I'm updating my review since they refunded me recognizing me as a mailbox holder. I appreciate the owner coming through for me on this one. I do agree that employees need trained on this so I do not have to have this conversation every time Amazon needs a return label. Thank you for the refund and apologetic email. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. There are tons of perks to being a mailbox holder at our store, one of them is free labeling printing. As you know, we get tons of traffic in our store every day, so we're always training new team members. I'm sorry no one recognized you as a box holder and charged you for your label. I've told the manager to refund your card immediately, our mistake! We did implement a new mailbox concierge line for box holders to skip the line for mail and package pick up, I hope you can take advantage! Also, remember as a box holder you get 15% off packaging and printing services.
In regards to any rude employees, please reach out to me privately, I would absolutely like to address any situations with our staff. Customer service is our #1 priority and if we are missing the mark I want to use your feedback as a teachable moment. Thank you,

This is a really convenient UPS location in PB. I often drop packages off here for work, on the way from one work location to the other.
This is located in a busy shopping center, so parking can be difficult at times. But with the closing of Charlie's Best Bread next door, it is a little easier to find a spot now. It is just steps away from a Fedex location as well.
Staff is always friendly, and my interaction is always brief because I'm dropping off prepaid packages. They have a bin located close to the door, where you can drop off prepaid packages if you don't need a receipt. I've been to many UPS stores. You can see the rating I gave the one in Carlsbad. So wow this one, we walk in (my husband & I) right away we are greater "how's it going guys how you doing? We will be with you in just a minute" they were all busy and working. It was awesome! Love this store!!

I had a return for an Amazon order with a shredded plastic original packaging that I could not use for repackaging the return. When I got to the counter, Maria worked very diligently to try to use the original packaging and finally was successful. folks at this location are always extremely helpful.

I moved from San Diego to Montana and stopped in here before picking up a U-Haul to make the drive. I had visited many times before, and while I had always had a pleasant experience, the last time really sealed the deal.
Belen assisted me and, after understanding the reason for my visit (to drop off a Spectrum router because I was moving), offered personal expertise and the option to freight ship the items I had planned on driving up in a U-Haul. Her knowledge of the moving industry paired with her willingness to help made this an easy sell, especially because the total to freight ship my items was cheaper than the truck + gas + fees would have been anyways.
The process was simple (we dropped my items off in the alley behind the store) and the UPS store team made moving pain-free. The items arrived about a week and a half later, carefully wrapped like Christmas Day. The one thing this did make me very aware of is the comparative environmental impact of to the semi, large number of packing supplies disposed of, etc.
Regardless, I didn't even know this was possible before stopping in to my (previous) neighborhood's UPS store by chance, and I am so grateful I did! Freight shipping my apartment to my new home ended up being the biggest blessing that week!!
