Josh and Dallan freaking rock!!!! We have a couple of small business projects we are working on and they are always there to help. There are several places intown that print BUT if you want the personal touch then go see my boys at highland store.

I came in and Ciaria helped me through a birthday box showing up today. She went above and beyond for me. She tried to track down the box and to even so if I could pick it up so it would be there on Sunday, the birthday party. Her words of encouragement were all I needed. She gave the woman on the other end my phone number. At 7:33 pm I received a call that this other lady had looked through the truck and some of the buildings for the gift. It wasn't to be found. Between Ciarvi and this other women and their willingness to help me has my complete and total loyalty to UPS. I'll never shop anywhere again! Thank you thank you!!!

Super fast service, even during the Christmas mailing rush! I received excellent and attentive customer service, as the gentleman helping me explained all my options and got me on my way quickly. I'll absolutely be coming back the next time I need to ship a package.

Unfortunately, I'll need to echo the chorus of folks unhappy with the COVID considerations at this location. I've always had a great experience here, and the folks have been both pleasant and efficient. But a face shield, sans mask, is simply not a safe approach to this virus. Quoting the CDC, "CDC does not recommend using face shields or goggles as a substitute for masks." Or the Utah DOH, "It is not known if face shields provide any benefit to protect others from the spray of respiratory particles. The CDC does not recommend use of face shields instead of a cloth face covering, or for normal everyday activities."
As somebody who recently lost a close family member to COVID, these things matter. I fully appreciate that masks are a pain and that we're all trying to get by, including small businesses. But if those same businesses want us to set foot in their building prior to widespread vaccination, we all need to do better.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

As has been stated before, we are FULL compliance with the Salt Lake County Department of Health in regards to COVID. Our store is sanitized continually throughout the day. Our employees wear face coverings. We require face coverings for those entering our location. We advise all patrons to maintain social distancing. We provide hand sanitizer to all customers. Having spoken with the SL County Health Department about this multiple times they have stated EVERY TIME that, per the governors mandate, face shields are an acceptable substitute for face masks if a face mask cannot be worn.

If you are concerned about contracting Covid you might want to choose a different UPS store. I've always had great experiences here, but today went in, the agent/owner was wearing a shield but no mask. i asked if he would put on a mask and he said his shield was the same as a mask. Obviously it is not. The self-identified owner was quite rude and apparently offended by my request and told me to go elsewhere, which I will do. Just an FYI to those who, like my household, are higher risk. Such a shame when simple thoughtfulness and concern for others used to be a hallmark of our society.

Our store is fully compliant with the Salt Lake County Health Department regulations and Utah State Governor directives in relation to COVID-19. To suggest otherwise is ridiculous and could result in legal action. The store is disinfected regularly and all employees wear face coverings. We also have ample signage reminding our patrons to maintain social distancing guidelines. According to the SL County Health Department, and the Salt Lake County Mayors Office, a face shied is an acceptable substitute for a face mask if a face mask cannot be worn for medical/emotional/psychological reasons.
You didn't ask that a mask be put on, you demanded it, after standing outside harassing other customers. You were told you could, and should, go elsewhere but that was after you disparaged the owner as being "another one of those Utah people". We do not tolerate that kind, of any kind, of hatred and bigotry in our store. This was why you were encouraged to take your business elsewhere. I don't know why you felt it was appropriate to attack the store when you yourself were not following the CDC guidelines in regards to mask wearing. Your mask was ill-fitted and you didn't wash your hands after fidgeting with it. Perhaps you should tend to your own short-comings before you attack others for what you perceive theirs to be. Stay safe!

These employees have always been great. They are efficient and courteous. I recently brought in pet stairs and the original box to return to Amazon. Everything was in order except I couldn't pull apart the two-part pet stairs to put it in the box. They helped me do that. I really appreciate them. Thank you for your outstanding service through the years.

I have had to send two packages to New Zealand within the last few months - one huge, and one smaller. Both packages' contents were not particularly valuable monetarily, but they had significant sentimental value. Dallas Blunt helped me both times. He found me the most economical way to send them, and the packages were received even sooner than expected. I will visit that UPS Store every time I need to ship anything important! Thank you!
