I have used this store many times over the past few years. I have always been able to get in/out in a short period of time even during the Christmas season! I truly appreciate the services they provide.

horrible customer service from beginning to end will never use that store again. I use many other UPS stores around the Midwest always great service. This one is the worst I've ever been too!!

Terrible customer service, not a very welcome environment, employee acted as if he hated his job and was very rude. There are many other ways to inform someone how they prefer items to be packaged when bringing them into the store, I however was not treated with respect.
