The UPS Store

I stopped by this UPS store to send back an Amazon item that needed to be returned. This process is the easiest in the world.....if you need to return something from Amazon, you get online, process the return, then you get a QR code that can be taken to any UPS store.

They will scan the code, take your package and give you a receipt....simple and quick.

Besides this service, they sell office supplies and packaging supplies. They offer laser printing services, mailboxes and much more. The guy working was very pleasant and very efficient in handling my package.

I used the Notary Public services today, in and out within 2 minutes!! You can walk in (they always have a notary present during operating hours) or make an appointment online. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the store is clean and welcoming. I will definitely use this UPS store for any future shipping needs.

Great store! The employees are always helpful and the wait is never long. Very convenient location with lots of parking.

The guys at this store are the very best. Even if you show up at five minutes to closing,they never sigh or roll their eyes. They're as kind in the morning as the are at 5:55 pm. Yesterday I was carrying in three boxes. I could barely make it out of my car. The kind young man with lots of reddish curly hair came out to the lot and grabbed my stuff and brought it into the store, signed in the packages and printed me a receipt in less than two minutes. This is what I'm talking about. Such a pleasure to have this UPS store right around the corner from my house. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking in ALL my many returns (I shop online, so whatdya gonna do? ‍) with a smile, a receipt, and a "have a nice day!" I've been going there for over five years now and much of the staff has remained the same. Thanks again! Bev

I have used this store on very many occasions and the people there go above and beyond for their customers! I have run in to many snags due to my own ineptness and everyone has gone out of their way to help me!
I highly recommend this store for all your needs.

I return packages often for personal reasons and weekly for work. I've been into many UPS facilities I've never had any issues. However, the gentleman that work at the UPS store in Narragansett are an absolute pleasure. They make the process so simple and easy and I usually leave there laughing with a big smile on my face. I just thought they deserved a little shout out because if they ever have a bad day, you would never know it keep up the good work guys.

Been waiting on a package from these guys that was supposed to be delivered two days ago sitting just a mile from me in a warehouse for 2 days. Could have walked there and picked it up by now

Located in a rather extensive mall in Narragansett near the Stop and Shop, by the YELP map, its hard to find, but its just a few doors down from the Stop and Shop. The staff here is really on the ball and it's a quick in and out in here, and they all seem to know their business. I like the fact that if you've ever sent anything at a UPS store, its all in the big computer in the sky they have and you don't need to re-enter your info all over again.
