The UPS Store

I went there at 6pm and they closed in 30 minutes. I had my label printed out and all they had to do was put it on the box. They were rude and pissy for no reason and that little dude at the front is lucky I didn't spit in his face. Fuck that ups store and anybody that works there.

The location was clean and in an okay area, plenty of parking and the staff was friendly. Thanks ya'll

I had a complex order that included notary service for certified copies, shipping documents domestic and internationally, scanning, printing, and emailing.

When I walked in, I noticed only one person was working and there was already a line and got ready for a frustrating wait. However, as I waited I saw that the man working was excellent at his job, he greeted everyone, made sure to know what they needed, worked incredibly efficiently to assist everyone quickly, did everything accurately, double-checked that the solution fit what they needed, and was fantastic from beginning to end.

I've worked over 15 years of various customer service jobs and I want to specifically recognize Steve for being great at what he does. He delivered great service to maybe a dozen customers while I was there and I left very impressed. I created an account just to say that Steve deserves a raise and recognition.

I hadn't been in here in years but today I had a return to ship back to amazon. I stopped in around 12:30 and the girl working hopped up immediately and asked how she could help me. I showed her the qr code and explained that it should have a label attached that was ready to print. She scanned it and it was all ready to go! She was friendly and efficient which honestly is all I could really ask for that experience. The store itself was nicely set up and neatly arranged. Everything looked clean and organized. Overall it wasn't hard to meet my expectations but since they were met and even a bit exceeded I say four stars. It's a UPS store. This one is decent.

After visiting several times and having horrible customer service, I'll drive the extra distance to the other store. I've had different employees and they were all just inconvenienced by my presence. After apologizing for having several boxes to deal with (which I shouldn't have to do) I got nothing. The service is pretty fast and the store is clean but all of that means nothing if you can't make your customers feel comfortable.

Even though both workers had customers I was greeted as soon as I walked in and told that they'd be right with me. I waited in a short line and was helped. No problems, friendly service.

One of the best and most friendly UPS locations in Louisville. I have been to just about every UPS in the city and by far my favorite is this location and the location in J town near the Kroger off Hurstbourne and Taylorsville Road. If you go to any other UPS stores and it is not one of these you are doing it wrong.

Bad service!!! High prices and don't accept shipments with your own UPS account number. Had to lift the heavy cases on their counter.

Well, it's a UPS store, so it's not like anything I say will be that revelatory...

That said, I did have a good experience here. I'm not a shipper, usually, so I walked in there looking for a lot of help. I basically said "I have this shipping label and this jewelry box. Make it go where it needs to." The guy helping me boxed it up in the appropriate thing and had me out of there in just a few minutes. I can't complain one bit about it.

I can honestly say this is the first UPS Store I have visited which the clerk was helpful and did not act like she was mad to have a job.
