Super friendly staff even if you're being a Karen.
I'm a small business owner and regularly have large shipments to send out, usually overnight. The largest box I've shipped was $1400 and it was still a better rate than DHL and FedEx. The kids that work here are great but the owner or manager is (are awful) first one was standing in front of of me talking with a large hunk of candy in her mouth (gross) do itin the back. Also, they need to take their notary class again. They are not notarizing the whole form only my signature. They turned me down because it wasn't a form they can sign. I questioned why and they could not answer. It was just a form saying I was who I was. Guess they lost out on $10.00 my bank didn't for free!

On their website and on the phone when you call them, they state they can notarize items for you. I drove up here to get two items notarized to renew my concealed weapons permit. They took one look at the form and told me it is against UPS policy to notarize such items. I did not realize that they would have an opinion on what should be notarized and what should not. Yet UPS is now against your right to have and bear arms? Now I must go somewhere else to get this item notarized. If I could give them negative stars, I would give them a -5. I will never be back to this business again.

We were traveling for Christmas to California. My house sitter dropped off my daughter's fits to ship them to my mom's. They never arrived. I called and left 2 messages and my house sitter went back and checked and filed a claim. The item was never scanned into the system so all the presents in the box were gone. They never returned my calls. We had to have someone physically go in so that we could have human contact and there's nothing they could do. That was December. They gave us money back when I produced the receipt for what was shipped but we failed to purchase insurance so $100 was the max. So we lost money on it and my 16 year old daughter got nothing for Christmas. But that's not the worst...
My 16 year old daughter bought 4 dresses on Amazon in different colors and sizes. She needed to return 3 of them. She took them to the UPS store with the return code and dropped them off. There is no indication on Amazon that the items have been scanned in for return. They seem to have "lost" those as well! Apparently they're so disorganized. Do not trust them with your stuff ever! Find somewhere else! This store shouldn't be in business. Kelsy, I'm sorry to hear about your frustrations. Often Amazon doesn't show status updates for several days. However, if you contact them with your drop off receipt, they should process your refund quickly. As far as the lost package, I know that's very frustrating. Even though the drivers don't work for us, I know they try their best to take care of every package, and scan each package as its picked up, That's not very comforting when its your package that gets lost however. This is my go to place for Amazon returns. Amazon offers them as a free drop off location. This location can be a little busy, but the staff is consistently friendly and it's a really easy drop and go process. The last time I went, I didn't have my items bagged properly and the gentleman was so helpful in getting them bagged in the appropriate bags quickly.

I don't like UPS. But sometimes you need a particular service so they're a necessary evil, right? So we needed a document notarized and reserved an appointment for Monday morning (Monday morning is the only time during regular business hours that both of us can do without taking time off work.)
So we got there promptly and the employee flips through our document and declares the "affidavit is wrong." We attempt to clarify but she literally cuts us off mid-sentence and refers us to a mobile notary instead with a business card. We'd already tried doing a remote notary online last week and the computer system kept having errors. So now we are delayed ANOTHER week, thanks to UPS being wasting our time. Useless! I'm sorry to hear you don't like UPS. There are some documents we are unable to notarize, as the employee tried to explain. We tried to be helpful, directing you to a mobile notary that has been helpful to us. I'm sure its frustrating to be delayed in having your document notarized, both with our inability to notarize that particular document and your previous notary having computer errors. Hopefully the notary we directed you to is able to help.

Tried to use notary service twice. Too many restrictions on what they are able to notarize, they want to know your business, then determine they're not able to. Don't waste your time.

Mark, I'm sorry we weren't able to notarize your document. We ask questions to determine if your document is something we're able to notarize, then offer suggestions if we aren't able to. I'm sure you wouldn't want us to notarize something that wouldn't hold up because it was done improperly. I hope you reconsider your review, as I'm not sure what else we could do for you.

I run a resell business and the staff here (even though they are always super busy) moves through the line with super fast speed. I've never had an interaction with anyone there that wasn't either super helpful, friendly, or both!!
