      What a jerk!!!! Guy in here was super rude and yelling and customers when his prices were ridiculously high and yelled at a guy for asking for help using the copier!!! Terrible.

      The folks who work at this Watts Mill store make Amazon returns so easy! They are always patient with my disorganization and never judgy about how many returns I bring. I was super impressed with how calmly the owner, Bryan, handled a belligerent and intelligible customer this evening. He went above and beyond to help the woman who had apparently been going from UPS to UPS with her struggles and miscommunication. This UPS is always my first choice for my Amazon returns and any of my shipping and mailing needs. They sell fun greeting cards, as well.

      I have been using this UPS location for over two years for my primary address due to all the problems with USPS delivering to my large apartment complex. Or should I say the lack of deliveries by USPS and all of the theft going on nationally. The employees have always been friendly, personable and very helpful. They always offer the help carry large packages to my car. The current management is amazing, I just met Stamps. There has been previous staffing issues, but consistently there is always a smiling, ready to help face at the desk. It can be busy at 5 pm on weekdays.

      Needed a notary so I called ahead to make sure there was one available here. He said he'd be there until 5:30. I got there about 5:25 but luckily he was still there and sooo helpful and polite. His name is Tarron. If you need a notary, go here. It's one of those annoying adult things we all have to do sometimes, but Tarron actually made it not awful. Great customer service! :)

      I needed to ship several large boxes via UPS, so I stopped into the UPS store. There were two young men working and both were very friendly and professional.

      They quickly helped me get my packages out and I would go back to this location again.

      The one complaint is that this is in a busy strip mall and I wasn't able to pull up close enough to unload, which caused me to make two trips to bring all of my boxes into​ the store. Not sure if they had carts or if the staff would assist on a less busy day.

      Paid for their pack and ship. Also insured the package. Franchise owner Bryan proceeds in bad faith and refuses to honor the pack and ship guarantee.

      I paid for the pack and ship many months ago. The store "blames" ups. Note that The Ups Store is not UPS. Ups blames the store. Super helpful. Not.

      The store proposed to continue to operate in bad faith, not paying out their bogus lack and ship guarantee.

      Love the staff at the ups off 103rd. Taron is always super helpful. The store has great cards and also sells stamps.

      The UPS store at 1221 W 103rdst, Kansas City MO, 64114-4512 has been difficult to work with and bordering on underhanded.

      On Jan 5 my frail father sent my keys and fob from the UPS store with tracking number. He insured them for the standard $100 and paid $65 for overnight shipping. The UPS store packed the keys in their Express envelope and sent them.

      The package arrived with the key fob broken. I promptly contacted UPS and was told I needed to contact the UPS store. I did so and was told by one of the employees that I should be receiving the $100 insurance and the shipping costs of $65 in the mail shortly. The check didn't come.

      After repeated calls and promises of "the check is in the mail" I finally stopped in to demand payment when I was back in Kansas City to put my father into Assisted Living. The employee called the owner who would not talk to me. Again I was told by an employee "the check is in the mail." (I am dumbfounded that a shipping company cannot track a check that they mailed.) Finally, I received a personal check from the presumed owner for $100. It arrived on Feb 19, 2019.

      I called local UPS stores in my area and they affirm that I should have received the insurance plus the cost of shipping ($165.) The cost of the key fob alone from Ford with programming is $129.

      After 6 weeks of waiting, persistent nagging, refusal by the owner/boss to talk with me, frustration by the employees that the owner was obviously trying to dodge me, and finally receiving a check that is less than adequate does NOT reflect well on the UPS name that I have honored for so long.

      I cannot recommend the use of this store and I hope that UPS does something to save its honored name.

      Came in today to mail a simple package and happen to meet one of the owners Katie who was working the desk. She was sooo delightful in the middle of probably a day long rush, during a very busy season. Thanks for your help Katie!

      I actually enjoy this store when I either need to mail something to my out of town family or return something I have ordered. They are efficient, friendly and helpful. With a smile too! Oh, and I might add that the one time they almost made an error (we caught it in time though), it was handled with grace - and above and beyond my expectations! My daughter and I left that store in total laughter! Thank you UPS Store in Overland Park, KS!
