Before Covid, I could take boxes and packaging materials there for reuse or recycling. They don't do that now. I hope they return to that policy.

I had to have my documents notarized over the weekend. And there was quite a line constantly. Hajera was the only one to help customers and she was impressively moving the line with appropriate greetings and communications. I was simply impressed by her swift and accurate work performance with professional knowledge on her job. later on I realized she was the manager and understood why. Hajera deserves great compliments for her performance and customer engagement even though she seems to be still college student. I see her bright future. keep it up! will root for you!

I didn't directly interact with the other employees, but they also seemed very friendly as I heard them talk to other customers. I would definitely come here for more notary services or shopping needs.

The customer service at this UPS store in the Pan Am Shopping Center is over and above. On June 3, 2022 I needed multiple documents notarized and witnessed by the close of business that day. On this very busy Saturday, Isaiah R, Jordan, and Nadja were so kind, helpful and efficient and understood the urgent need to get this done. They kindly fit me in around other customers and got this tedious task done. They really helped me out! I had the opportunity to watch them handle a long line of customers. They were cheerful, polite, and helpful to all.

The best staff!! My passport was sent to the wrong place, which almost gave me a heart attack, but the staff at this ups store called their internal contacts to find it for me. I know it's a part of their job but I still appreciated it so much. I will not go anywhere else for my shipping needs.

Located in the Pan Am Shopping Center, this UPS (as other UPS locations) offer various shipping and delivery options available.
I've dropped off a few packages at this location, and it has always been a smooth process.
Plenty of parking in the shared plaza lot, but there aren't any spots directly in front of the location. It can be a bit tricky if you have large packages to send off.

I've never posted a review of a UPS store, but I think this location at the Pan Am Shopping Center in Fairfax is one of the best I've ever been to. It seems to be family run, and everyone who works here is very friendly and professional. I never use FedEx anymore thanks to the great customer service here!
