The UPS Store

I really love coming to this UPS store. The staff is always warm, welcoming and professional. I am always met with a smile, a kind word and a polite encounter. Excellent customer service still exists and they are proof of that. Keep up the good work guys!

I go here A LOT for Amazon returns. I often have a lot of items that need to be scanned and correlated in the Amazon app. Every time I've been here, the employees have been nice, patient, and helpful. I can understand with a line out the door, it'd be easy to want to rush someone, but they've always been so great. I can't speak to pricing here, as I've not purchased any of their other services- but even with cheaper prices I'd likely not go anywhere else based on the awesome customer service here.

Decent service! I had an Amazon return to drop off and was able to walk right in, greeted by Greg and completed the return process rather quickly. What I needed was simple scan the QR code and get my receipt.

Good to know this location exists in this area for the quick drop off!!

I've been using this location for years and have always had an amazing experience. They do there best to find the most cost effective solution for shipping. Shipping cost have gone up over the past couple of years but they are always better priced than the Broadlands post office (worst run post office in America). Highly recommend this for your shipping needs.

I came here to drop off an Amazon return item. It was a quick, seamless process. I handed over the item and the associate packaged it and labeled it. There wasn't a wait either. Now that I know about this location, I will continue to drop off packages here.

Used the UPs store the week of Christmas and they were very efficient and courteous. The owner was doing everything possible to speed up the line and handle any customer asks quickly. He and his staff delivered the best possible experience during one of the most demanding times.

I've been using this UPS store for years and I love this place. I mail a lot of packages and have never had a problem. I've used them to enlarge photos for me and they helped make a large Christmas sign for a very reasonable price. I don't know what I'd do without them. They are always friendly and always helpful.

I frequently use this UPS store to drop off prepaid packages. They are great about quickly printing a confirmation receipt upon drop off.

For those mad about having to pay for tape, all UPS stores I have been to have charged extra for this. When you have them tape it is slows down the service for the rest of the customers.
