Called last week and made an appointment for Monday.
Luis was thorough and fast! Took him less than an hour to install 4 rollers, fix the track and install the handle!
He even showed up half an hour early which was great!

Al R.Miami, FL38346Jul 21, 2021Called out of the blue for an estimate on a sliding glass door that was stiff....they answered right away, set up an appointment, they called the day before, they called 15 minutes before the tech showed up, and the tech was first class!
He gave us an estimate, and immediately went to work! Replaced the rollers on the doors, flipped a door that was incorrectly installed, greased everything up and was done in 45minutes! Very smooth operation!

I received a call the day prior to my appointment to confirm & they also called 20 mins before the repairman arrived. The repairman arrived at the scheduled time & had repaired my door in about an hour. He was very friendly & explained the repair. Really I couldn't be happier with the service! And now my door works like new. Great job all the way around.

I can now open/close the doors with my pinky finger! Luis was meticulous in cleaning and fixing our impossible to open sliding doors. Great service!

They called to let me know they were on the way and showed up on time! The technician was knowledgeable and nice. Provided the price and timeframe for repair. He was able to fix it same day and in less than an hour, price was within estimate previously provided. They were awesome, great customer service, and reliable! Would definitely recommend for those hard to open sliding doors!
