8/14/2018I had a great experience with RJ Baxter. As a first-time homebuyer, the whole process was a bit daunting. But Kyle was such an asset in answering all of my newbie questions and was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, which really put me at ease. I was able to get an offer accepted on my home by promising a 3-week closing, and the team at RJ Baxter accomplished that with no issue. Their rates were also spot on with other quotes I received and I was able to get good final closing costs as well.
The entire team I spoke with there is incredibly friendly and competent! I would recommend them to anyone shopping for a mortgage. I especially recommend Kyle after the great personalized service he gave me!

Â We had sold our last home at a loss during the recession and were nervous about entering into another loan contract. Â RJ and his team were there for us throughout the process and helped us get pre approved so when the right house came along, we were able to negotiate and ultimately buy! Â A year later, they also helped us through the refinancing process, which lowered our payments and got us out of PMI. Â We've referred several friends and family members since. Â they went above and beyond for me, and were patient with me when i was being a bit high maintenance (admittedly). Â Â Nothing but good things to say about Britany and Natasha, and especially Todd Barrett, who really worked his tail off for me and made sure that my Re-fi went smoothly, which it did!
