I came here for a special family event. The food was delicious and authentic. The scenery was pleasant and the bathroom's were super clean, neat, and tidy. The service was quick and the workers were very kind and helpful would come back!

I came here for a birthday party. The food was delicious and authentic. The scenery is alright, but the bathroom is very pretty and has flowers all around the mirrors. The service was quick, but it was probably because it was a private event. The workers were also very nice. I would return!

Amazing everything. This was my first time and the waiter was so nice and talked us through everything. Food was also perfect

Did not let us know there was a cover charge of $60! Food was dry and entertainment was bland. I do not recommended this place ! 0 stars!

Is my first time here, I really love it, service is great , food it's great, hookah was amazing, they also have a life music, everybody was happy including me , 5 stars to this place:) highly recommended. I'll come back definitely

Absolutely the worst place to go to! For started they made me valet my car for the empty parking lot. Then tried to charge me $7 for valet! I didn't want to order any food, I just wanted to socialize with my 3 other friends. They made me pay a flat rate of $49 for food that I didn't even want. Told me I had to get something. The chicken was not cooked! It was pink. The beef was rock hard burnt. He told us "it's good that way".. the heck.. somehow I leave spending 65 because they forced a gratitude fee on my check. Yeah never going to come again!

I visited The Palace restaurant in Upland with a group of eight people last night, and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, we were greeted by the manager and several workers who informed us that it would cost $40 per person. However, they also stated that there would be no menus, and instead, we would be served whatever they decided to give us. We agreed to the terms, but little did we know that we would end up regretting it.

The service started off reasonably well, and we were served water and a few appetizers. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse when our main course arrived. We were promised two platters, but when the food came out, there was only one. They didn't bother to let us know that we wouldn't be receiving the second platter, which meant that three people had to share one platter, leaving the other three starving. When we inquired about the missing platter, they gave us a ridiculous excuse that the small platter was supposed to feed six people, which was outrageous considering we paid $40 per person.

To add insult to injury, when we asked what the other people were going to eat, they said they could bring us leftovers and warm them up in the microwave. They expected us to pay $40 per person for leftovers and appetizers!

To make things worse, the Arab lady working there made a racist remark about Indians when my friend ordered hookah in the tangerine flavor. She said "Indians love tangerine" in Arabic to my Arab friend, which was completely uncalled for. The staff's unprofessionalism and disrespect were shocking.

The cherry on top of this terrible experience was when it came time to pay. Their machine wasn't working, so they asked for several different credit cards and swore their machine worked and it was my credit cards that couldn't pay the bill. Shocking I Know. They added an 18% tip on top of the bill, which was already outrageous considering the terrible service we received. We ended up paying $53 per person, which was an absurd amount to pay for leftovers, a few appetizers, and terrible service.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at The Palace. They didn't deliver what they promised, the service was terrible, and the staff was unprofessional and racist. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and would advise people to avoid it at all costs.

Under the new ownership there is Great atmosphere, Great service and the remodeling really uplifted the character and scale of this restaurant/lounge. Definitely recommend attending on of their routinely schedule parties with singers. Food tasted great and Shawarma night is one of the best!

It is the place to be if you looking for a great tasty Mediterranean food serving hookah with a great customer service very professional the owners are the best ,manager one of the kind. I wish I could make it more often down there everybody there great please keep up the good work.
