Shame on you, New York Post Online Subscription Service.

I have had your subscription for a while.

It worked fine until this past Monday, August 26, when it became inaccessible, even though you have automatically deducted the latest fee on 8/13/24 from my credit card as you always have.

Your customer service is only for your delivery accounts.

I used your email customer service and received an ineffective suggestion, and I still cannot access the paper.

Therefore, I am canceling this subscription and want a credit for the inaccessible seven days of newspapers.

Your online customer service is horrible.

I had a great woman who delivered every day. They would not give her a raise. She quit. I got a new person. I am an 80 year old with a handicap, cancer, and I can't bend down to get the paper. I must use a pickup stick to get the paper. I have called at least 30 times to some other country to talk to custom relations. It does no good. All I ask, is for the paper to be left in front of my door. 95% of the time, I have to get dressed and search for it.

The Space Spy Recovery company still leaves me in a state of "wow," as I find it hard to believe how it was possible, but that is undoubtedly why they are tech specialists and are more knowledgeable than everyone else. It's almost like they are in a dream, or rather a trance. After my husband suggested that I get in touch with Space Spy Recovery, I painfully lost what felt like $316,000 before they surprisingly and cheerfully helped me get my money back while also providing expert advice on how to properly secure my account. They are indeed quite helpful, and you can reach them at:

The Post is a NEW YORK CONSERVATIVE PAPER. I
read the POST on the Subway on my way to work
Everyday. I worked part time and in the afternoon
      I went to college.

The worst customer service. Moved to Florida and wanted to gift my brother with a subscription and needless to a month has passed by and no paper. Every time I call in they are very apologetic but useless. Asked if distribution manager could help no word back. With print being dead you'd think they would be happy people still subscribe guess not.

To those who complain of this publication printing lies, and is too right leaning biased, I say, "HA!!".
Apparently, you folks expect EVERY publication in the MSM to be liberal biased, like the NYT, WAPO and just about every TV news outlet to mention a few.
Who was first to publish about "Hunter's Laptop" which was suppressed by the WH admin as "Russian Disinformation", only to be found to be true and will be investigated as soon as the democrat con artists in congress lose the majority.
Who was the first to claim the liberal BS "RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA" was a scam started by a fake dossier, bought and paid for by Hillary Clinton? Which now the MSM concedes.
So stop whining. You have plenty of lying news outlets on your side without scruples who claim the NY Post is disinformation.

      Get over it.

The New York Post prints lies. don't believe their news. It's lies or at best unproven facts. Should the Post check the facts before printing. Shame on you.

      Updated review

Today's NY Post (4.12.23) offers the article "Angry Diners and Restaurants strike back at Influencers" who photograph their meals calling into question Yelp's notion that "my camera eats first" when said photography is bothersome to other diners.

The article also points out that there is an increasing number of confrontations between the foodie photogs and camera shy guests -- and also points out that an increasing number of restaurants in NYC are now imposing bans on food photography. Be careful out there or at the very least, be unobtrusive.

FYI... I can't link to the article but you can retrieve it off their website easy enough.

SPAM put under lock and key in lawless NYC. Three years ago they couldn't give this porkenstein concoction away.

I have not received my paper for 2 weeks now. I call and email customer service daily. They tell me they will contact their delivery team. No wonder newspapers are going out of business. Totally frustrated with the Post.

I literally wish I could give zero stars. I am a 24 year old woman who does not care about newspapers at all, but for some reason here I am writing this review.

The reason for this is because the New York Post is scamming people at the grocery store into signing up for a month of papers IN EXCHANGE for a $20 gift card to said grocery store. Sound simple enough, right? You pay them $20 for the paper, do them a favor so they get their commission, and walk away with a $20 gift card to cover your groceries for the day. Everybody wins! Not really though. Through their pushiness, they forget to mention that they are actually signing you up for a continuous subscription to be charged over & over again. Not so simple after all. Granted, I should have said no to begin with, but they were so pushy and made it seem like you were doing them a favor with nothing to lose. Getting the subscription canceled & the money refunded was difficult, but I was able to get it done on the second call to their mediocre customer service line. I do not even take the time to write bad reviews, but they wholeheartedly deserve it.

Ultimately, the New York Post is a dying industry whose only possible chance of success is by scamming innocent people in grocery stores.
