Came here for an anniversary dinner and did the romance package!
Package; Comes with 6 long stemmed roses, bottle of champagne, rose petal table, picture frame and the 4-course dinner for two (big dinner is an option- the smorgasbord style) all for $150.
Ambience: we came around 6:00 and it was perfect. Not too quiet and a cute little booth. Wished the lighting was dimmer but it was pleasant.
Service: our server was new but knew the menu. Service got a little slow after the first course. Overall we were there for a little over two hours.
Food: the cheese and chocolate fondue were amazing. We got the loaded baked potatoe cheese and the yin yang dessert. The pound cake &&brownies were especially great to dip.
For entrees we got the steak special (the pepper steak was the best) and a choose your own with the lobster tail.

Ok first timer here and disappointed. First It was my husband and I and our two kids. My husband and I got the 4 course meal including Wisconsin cheese for dipping. The cheese and dippers were good. they take it away bc there's only 1 cook top which there should be a few cooktops per table especially a family of 4. We chose the cast iron for cooking method and it took 45-50 mins to cook all four meals way longer then stated on menu. then got in trouble for turning the burner up higher. The last part with the choc was amazing and made my kids very happy. I'd have to say I won't be returning. Overpriced for a very lo mg dinner outing of 530-8.

We were immediately greeted at the door. The hostess checked us in for our reservation and walked us to our table. The tables have high walls around them are in seclusion of other tables in the restaurant allowing for complete privacy which was so nice. Stacy greeted us and took our drink order. Another lady brought us waters and then Stacy explained the menu and process. We are new to The Melting Pot so it was wonderful to be explained everything so thoroughly. We chose Wisconsin Cheddar for our cheese fondue, Caesar salad for me/blue cheese bacon salad for my husband, the grill plate for the main course, and s'mores chocolate for dessert. The cheese was yummy and complimented the assortment of dipping food. My husband's salad was the best!! Mine was very good but when going back I will get the bacon salad for sure. We ordered drinks and the manager brought it over and had a great discussion with us. I do wish we would have done the fondue part for the main course. The grill plate you cook yourself and while it was fun it would have been nice to see what the fondue part was about. We will certainly do that next time. The S'mores dessert was heaven! My favorite part of the meal! My husband (who is not a sweets person) even loved it. They really provide a lot of dipping options as well. Overall, wonderful evening, amazing service, and a delicious meal. We will be back!

Now the best bartender ever. Our waitress was also super friendly and knowledgeable. When did the melting pot servers start wearing jeans? Blue jeans ? I've been going for 30+ years and always all black. So food was good, then our dessert came out. I've eaten here 4-5 times a year my whole life. They sent out our fruit and dipping for the chocolate. I kid you not the bananas were just the tips on the end. 4 of these tips. Not even the size of a reg slice. Then the pineapple. I looked at other pics on yelp and they' usually give you 4 big chunks. We got two and they cut them into 4 so they were a tiny square!!!!! Our meal with tip was almost 200. (Yes we drank)
Love paying for the fruit that they were going to throw out.

The Melting Pot is where you come for a unique fondue and eating experience. I wouldn't say the quality of the food is extraordinary, and it definitely is on the pricier end. I went with a group of 6 and it took us around 3 hours to go through our four-course meal: salad, cheese fondue, meats, and dessert. Our server Savannah was amazing and so patient with us--one person in my group had a lot of questions due to allergies and using the same bowls, and she answered them all with so much grace. One downfall is that we were told multiple times it was $45 per person but when the bill came, mine said $50. I'm not sure if this was just an oversight, but I didn't notice until after I got home (and again, not a big deal - just an unmet expectation).
I would recommend the Quattro Formaggio for the cheese fondue (the spinach artichoke was just ok in my opinion); the Coq Au Vin and Mojo for broths; and the S'mores for dessert - they burn the marshmallow in front of you...so cool!

RJ brought me to Melting Pot on January 1. When you arrive for your reservation you are supposed to call and they will tell you to come in. But the phone is always busy so I had to call 12 times. However, once I did get through, they told us we could come in. We were seated right away and the tables are spaced out for Covid. So why oh why did they seat a table of 3 noisy kids right near us when the restaurant was mostly empty?? Thankfully they didn't stay the whole time and seemed to only be there for dessert but really?? Grant was our server we and he was great. I miss when Melting Pot used to have the seasonal menus. We enjoyed the Bigger Night out which used to come with 2 lobster tails but now only has one. Not a fan of the salmon, it was way too fishy. Everything else was good, especially the filet. Not sure what I would order next time since I love seafood but the salmon ruined it. The flaming turtle chocolate was on point!

Stephanie and Alex brought me here for my birthday. This was the first time I could not get my drink the Bananaberry Betweenie that is no longer on the menu. They always make it for me, and the last time the bartender told me the always have the recipe at the bar, but this time no go. Fondue is a little awkward with 3 people but we made it work. I also had a coupon for chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday. I advised them of this earlier in the day and again when we arrived. They gave then to someone else and we had to wait a 1/2 hour when we were trying to leave for them to make a new box. Melting pot is usually a 5, but between the drink and the strawberries this visit was a 4.

RJ brought me here on my birthday. We ordered all the same as before except he got the steak lovers entree instead of the Cajun. My bartender wasn't there, but the one working came to the table to confirm my drink. Even though it's not on the menu, he said they have a recipe. The waiter was great, and put a candle on our dessert. I also got a free box of chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday!

RJ brought me to the Melting Pot the weekend after Thanksgiving. I love this place so much! I ordered a drink that hasn't been in the menu in years, and not only did the bartender make it for me, when I asked him the last time he made it he said it was the last time I ordered it...which was at least 2 years ago!! It's the same bartender who always makes it for me. The service is always stellar and the food was excellent. We had the mojo cooking style and my favorite was the lobster tail. We had flaming turtle for dessert which was amazing and tasted like chocolate caramel heaven.

I have been here many times over the years. Most recently with a friend to celebrate our birthdays. The service is fantastic, as is the fondue. I requested a Banana Berry Betweenie drink which is no longer on the menu, but the bar will still make it. We had the 4 course experience with the MOJO broth, the cheddar cheese fondue, and the Flaming Turtle fondue. I have also had the cookies and cream, bananas foster, yin & yang, pure chocolate, and chocolate s'mores. It is always fantastic and fun to do with a date or a friend!

Wife and I came in last night and had a wonderful time. Our server, Jake, was friendly and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our evening thanks to his top-notch service.
Everything was fantastic, but we really loved the Bacon and Brie cheese fondue and the Cookie Butter chocolate fondue. We will absolutely be back to this location again.

This spot had a lot of wack reviews. We had 5 people and we had two apps (two cheeses) , two dessert pots (chocolate) , and each got and shared our entrees (two different base/cooking styles for our entrees). We were soo extraordinarily stuffed when we left and couldn't finish everything. It was a great amount of food and I felt the price reflected reasonably. It takes a long time to eat here, would recommend coming for an earlier dinner especially if you're a bigger party. Staff is very friendly and has to remember a lot of knowledge, our servers were very kind. Took most of our chocolate

Decided to head up here for our anniversary dinner. Best Decision ever. Did the big night out for 2. Kaitlyn was our server, with all the jokes and a wealth of knowledge about the menu. Husband said Ceaser salads are ruined for him since their Ceaser is so freaking good. Pine nuts were awesome!! Loved the Teriyaki sirloin, lobster tail, and chicken for our main course. Chose the turtle for the dessert and so worth it!! Candied pecans!! Fantastic night. Super friendly staff. Easy parking.

Our meal was a disappointment! I enjoyed the appetizer and the dessert was just ok, in my opinion. We choose to cook the main course in cast iron, which was our biggest mistake. We were brought a mixture of raw meat, fish and shrimp all on the same platter for us to cook on a cast iron skillet. Unfortunately, one of our group is allergic to shellfish..so this method did not work for us. We definitely would have chosen another cooking method if we were given a little better idea of the details. We probably will not go there again.
