My friends and I have been to Melting Pot several times and each time it's been an awesome experience. For the first time, we have a waitress named Kendall, and before we even had cheese, she was already going above and beyond. She's so sweet, funny, kind, and down to earth and goes out of her way to make sure you're having a wonderful dining experience. Kendall is perfect.

This was our first time at this Melting Pot, but have going to Melting Pots for years. I was able to make a early reservation through open table. Our table was ready when we arrived.
Our waitress, Ashley was very attentive throughout the experience. We ordered the 4 courses with Wisconsin cheddar, Caesar salad, coq au vin cooking style, and the flaming turtle sub milk with dark chocolate.
My complaints were they didn't have the famous cocktail sauce for the shrimp, the potatoes in the vegetable bowl, or the brownies anymore. Sad. I'm a creature of habit and those are things we look for.
They have a white chocolate pumpkin spice fondue, but I don't like white chocolate so we skipped that and went for our usual favorite.

We went for my birthday. It was my grandmother first time coming here and our waiter who I believed is the general manger made her feel so welcomed. She really enjoyed herself and that made the whole day for us. The food was extremely good and so were the drinks. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

First of all I had NO idea Savannah had a Melting Pot. This has been on my list of places to visit for a very long time. But it was such a fun experience!!! We only went there for dessert (again didn't know they had one here or else we would have had dinner here) and we had the Pure Chocolate Fondue with Baileys (which was amazing!) we also had red wine. Our total was about $25 each. Definitely worth the food and the experience

A friend and I went here on a Sunday to celebrate her anniversary, since her husband is deployed. We made reservations, but they weren't busy. We were seated immediately and greeted by our server. We chose to do the 4 course meal.
Our appetizer of cheese was as delicious as it smelled. We enjoyed the different foods (different breads and fruit) that could be dipped in it.
We chose to do the grilled entrees. Our server shared the cook times for the different meats and veggies with us, but we found the cook times to be a little longer than he had shared. Could have just been where exactly on the stove top we were cooking, but it took a minute. The sauces that came with it were delicious and brought out the flavors. The mushrooms with the creamy dressing inside were awesome!
We got the s'mores fondue for dessert and it was SO GOOD. Highly recommend this. It was delicious! It came with fruit and some other dessert items to dip in it.
We also ordered the sangria drink. It was really fresh and was a great way to start the evening. The service was excellent and the food was good. It's a little pricey ($72 per person for all the food, one drink, and including tip), so definitely planning on visiting again for a while. But if you're looking for a special occasion place and want to treat yourself, go for it!

The food was fantastic. We purchased the 4 course meal which included the Quattro Formaggio cheese board, Melting pot house salad, Big night entree(Mojo-Ca), Original fondue. It was well worth it.

me and my boyfriend went here for a nice night out. the food was incredible, the timing was amazing, the presentation was definitely admirable. we were waited on by a girl named Payton, who was absolutely amazing and was so informative about the food and how to eat the fondue (i never had tried it before this dinner). she was sweet and took her time and was precise about everything.
the ONLY reason this place lost a star is because the manager came and spoke to me and my boyfriend (a younger woman with brown hair i think), and essentially tried to throw Payton under the bus. she asked us if everything was good, asked us how Payton was treating us, and when we said everything is amazing, she said something along the lines of: "are you sure? Payton just got off of training. i'm trying to make sure she's got it under control."
as someone who has and still does work in the restaurant industry, i'm very familiar with managers like that. it almost seemed like she was trying to pry it out of us to say something negative about Payton so that she could go reprimand her. and that is not attractive whatsoever.. and quite frankly, it made me angry.
i highly suggest that the managers place more faith into their employees, and stay professional when speaking about them to customers. another table would've heard "she just left training" and immediately would've started judging and scrutinizing the server's every move, knowing that they're still getting the hang of things.
managers - do not share that information with customers. it's a turn off and it IS unprofessional.
Payton, you're awesome. the food and drinks were amazing. thank you for taking great care of us!

Let me start by saying, I've been to a Melting Pot restaurant before so I'm aware of how it works. The food was fine, but the service was a complete nightmare.
Let's start with the setting of the restaurant. It's very, very dark. It looked almost closed when we were walking by it on the outside, so people who don't do well in the dark beware. Our section was very intimate. It consisted of 2 or 3 small curved booths, which I partially enjoyed because I didn't have to sit across from my partner, but the table was small and the fondue pot was a little hard to reach. While the setting feels intimate, I found it hard to have a conversation with my partner because we could hear every little thing the people behind us were saying and they weren't talking loud at all. We weren't talking about anything scandalous or of substance but I just felt there was no sense of privacy because of that. Trying to find the restroom was awful because the waiters/waitresses were completely unhelpful and there were so many corners to turn. The bathroom was not the best. There's only 2 stalls. The smaller stall in the women's restroom didn't lock and the stall wall/door felt like it was going to fall down when I tried closing the door. The hook on the inside also flipped over when I put my purse on it. But the bathroom was very clean.
I made a reservation for 2 at 7:30. Upon arriving at 7:15, the restaurant seemed empty, but that was just the bar area. There was no one at the host's desk so we sat on the bench and waited, for 10 minutes to be exact. 3 people came and went from the desk without anyone asking if we had been helped or not. They honestly just stared at us for several seconds before leaving. Finally a girl (assuming the host) came and stayed at the desk and stared at us multiple times, but never said anything. The phone rang multiple times, but she didn't answer it so I wasn't too sure she was the actual host. She just stood there drinking something. I finally went up to the desk after realizing she wasn't going to approach us and mentioned my reservation. I could tell she had an attitude by the way she spoke to me, and I didn't appreciate it. She showed us to our table in the very back of the restaurant, away from literally anyone else. We literally felt forgotten because it took 10 minutes for our waitress to even approach us about drinks. We ordered The Bigger Night Out for 2. I wasn't a fan of our cheese fondue choice (Classic Alpine) -- something about it just didn't sit right with me. I'm not sure if it was the Swiss or the lemon juice. My salad was fine, and I liked that they didn't overload it with Caesar dressing, but my boyfriend's was underwhelming and they didn't give him enough ranch, even after asking for extras. It took seemingly forever to even receive the first course but literally only five minutes between the cheese and salad. The service was just very inconsistent the whole night, continuing to make us feel forgotten. During our entree, we had someone seated behind us and they received the same waitress and were given better service than we received. The entree was good, for the most part. It came with the wild mushroom pasta, teriyaki marinated sirloin, filet mignon, shrimp, salmon, lobster, and herb-crusted chicken. The chicken was my least favorite, and I wouldn't really call it herb-crusted either. It just tasted like it had been bathed in oregano and thrown on the plate. The filet mignon, lobster, and shrimp were the best tasting/quality. We chose the Coq Au Vin cooking style, which my boyfriend wanted but I did not because I'm not a big fan of cooking with red wine. The smell was overbearing for me and the taste didn't seem suitable for all the meats we had, not to mention it cooked down very quickly. We had our entree for over an hour and our waitress only checked on us once the whole time we had it, which was approximately 5-10 minutes after receiving it. We desperately needed refills and we could hear her constantly going back and forth to the table behind us. For the final course, we ordered the Yin and Yang chocolate. It was probably the best part of the night. It allowed my boyfriend and me to both get what we wanted since he loves white chocolate and I like dark. The fruits looked and tasted fresh. I wish they would've given more than 3 banana slices and less strawberries. The total ended up being around $117 after tax. I didn't think that the whole experience was worth that much, nor did I want to even tip our server the minimum listed 18% because she wasn't very attentive. A $20 tip just felt like it was asking for too much when we saw her 5 times over the 3.5 hours we were there.

Last night was our first experience at The Melting Pot. Our server was great! She explained the menu perfectly. I love sangrias and she suggested the sunshine sangria...it was AMAZING!! Favorite part was definitely dessert. We went with the Yin & Yang.

Was not very busy when we went. That being said the staff was very slow and our server must of been new because she could not answer a few simple questions. The food as always was fantastic. I love that you can now grill or fry your meat, along with boiling. There were 6 people in our party and we only had 2 pots between us, though charged for 3 as each couple shared. Spent more time waiting than we did eating. They put the grill pans on the burners then left, the smell started to get to us so we went to find someone after 20 or so minutes. Over all was a great experience.
