The Melting Pot

After a long day of shopping we were heading home and drove past the Melting Pot, there were hardly any cars in the lot. Thinking back to the times we really enjoyed our Melting Pot date nights , we decided to try this location one more time. I booked a quick reservation on Open Table, we parked , walked in and we were seated in "Lovers Lane" . I'm thinking we are off to a great start. Then we were greeted by our phenomenal waiter, Edwin. He was dressed in all of his Christmas glory ... I loved every aspect of his outfit. He was attentive, funny and offered great cooking tips. Our meal , the Bigger Night Out, was amazing (we chose the table grill as our cooking style) our drinks were delicious and the overall experience reminded us why this had been one of our favorite date night restaurants. Thank you Edwin for a great night out with "Family"

Everything is so good! Love the Wisconsin Cheddar & teriyaki sirloin. Hard to go wrong with any of the cheeses. Will definitely return!

Unfortunately we had a bad experience. The service was ok, but the the food has changed. The teriyaki sirloin was the only good meat. The shrimp tasted like a cheap frozen brand and the pork had a weird gritty taste. We always get the bourguignonne. This time it was thicker and very greasy. They only give one type of coating and it's thick and flavorless. I hope as things get back to normal the food will go back to the way it was. We will not return for awhile.

A unique dining experience. Fun cooking and dipping the different items in the melting pots. Cheeses and desserts are great.

Second time coming to Melting Pot at this location and both times were absolutely amazing! However, this last time was the best! We told our waitress Danielle M we were celebrating my birthday which was on the 17th and she brought out extra cake with a candle and a champagne toast. Literally so cute! She was super sweet & personable! Food, service, & atmosphere all 10/10.

My son loves Melting Pot, so for his 14th bday today he asked to go.  We went straight there around 330pm from his hockey game.  The hostess asks if I have a reservation.  Mind you it's a 330pm on a Sunday and not one patron I saw in the place.  I say no we don't have a reservation. She says sorry we aren't taking walk-ins today only reservations.  Obviously I was surprised and said it's my son's bday didn't realize I needed reservations on a Sunday at 330pm.  She said sorry would you like to make a reservation another day.  It was just my son and I.  The fact she couldn't bend the ridiculous no walk in bs is horrible customer service.  She saw the disappointment in his face.

So we went last night as a family ( 3 of us). First we had amazing service the while night Conner was on it, remembered everything ( I asked for more of certain sauces ect.  ) he was pleasant, informative, and funny to boot. I've been going to the melting pot for o er 49 years and it was one of the best experiences I've had there.  So the reason for only 4 stars. There where 3 of us. Our bill for three people with no alcohol was 170$. We did bot get any more cheese or chocolate then we do with 2 people. We had a whole board of bread and fruit and vegetables left with no cheese. And I mean the big board. Next time I will ask for the two pot table because I feel like I was ripped off. Same thing with the chocolate. All kinds of food left on the table and chocolate gone.

We booked a reservation on Valentine's Day. The staff was super friendly. We got a private table in a little room. The food was really good. The experience was the best part. I definitely would go back.

Went there for a 23rd birthday dinner and received some pretty bad service specifically from the manager Kristen. My friend forgot her ID so they would not serve her, which of course makes sense. Later during the dinner my friends mother ordered a margarita and the manager came up to us and gave us a very condescending speech about how we can not share drinks. The only reason she came up to us was because  my friend ordered a margarita before they carded her. The way that she spoke to us was so rude. telling a grown adult woman that she couldn't order a margarita because she thought we might share it. Just the way she handled the situation was incredibly unprofessional and uncalled for. We left before we got the entrees because we felt so uncomfortable. very bad experience incredibly unprofessional

I've taken my kids there many times.  We got there early before the rush.  Jacob was our best server we've had.  He was quick with putting in orders.  He was prompt with getting us to our next course.  He didn't forget extra requests from my kids..... extra teriyaki sauce, no veggies, extra pretzel bread, extra blondies.  Paige was a good teammate as well.  She grabbed anything we were done with if she was passing by from her tables.  Great experience!
