I love this place so much. It is a perfect date night place as it is fun. We had some loud people around us that took away from the ambiance of secluded for a date. We did the big night out and it was delicious. The cheese, salad, meat course, and chocolate were great. However a few things stuck out. For the cheese course our carrots were mushy. I ordered a drink (sunshine sangria) and it was bland. It was very watered down and not worth $10. Our waiter was very quiet and didn't engage with us or explain anything (my husband was super confused as it was his first time). The restaurant is located at the river walk so there is places to walk and such after you fill up. Parking is shared between all the places. I enjoyed it and will be back. They were also very conscientious about food allergies.

We are so glad you chose us for date night! We understand it is a confusing process for the first time and we are sorry that your server did not explain as well as she could have. We also apologize for the drink being bland, please let us know next time and we will make sure you get something you will enjoy! As for the carrots, they are that way so they are easier to get on the fondue fork. But thank you for your feedback we appreciate it! We hope to see you again soon!

Classic fondue experience. Quality ingredients and recipes, served in a classy manner. Servers were polite and attentive. Ambiance was intimate and engaging. Food was excellent, although the choices can sometimes seem overwhelming. Would give five stars if servers had better training... there were just a few gaps in service.

So glad to hear that! Bekah is the best! Thank you for dining with us and we hope to see you again soon!

We came here for our anniversary, what a great location. It's very clean and the staff is just outstandingly friendly! From the host to our server and buzzer. We met Amy the manager and her husband (who speaks German!) what lovely people. I don't think I've been in a restaurant which such a great vibe!
We got the 4 course meal with cheese, meat, chocolate fondue and the salad. Very good food!

Made a reservation here for thursday night and there was a date night special going on. We got the four course meal that included loaded baked potato cheese, house salad, entree (that included pork, chicken, teriyaki sirloin, shrimp and mushroom saccheti) and to finish it off was the chocolate fondue. I was slightly confused looking at thee menu online but our waiter Eric helped us out tremendously and told us the specials. We also had the lemon berry mojito and the whiskey thistle! Definitely a great dining experience and so unique. Did not disappoint!

Thanks for the detailed review! And thanks for spending your evening with us!

This was my first time going to this restaurant, I had always wanted to go. Wasn't a fan of cooking my own meat! But honey the dessert was amazing. Loved all the treats and the chocolate

I was nervous about this restaurant. My family wanted to try it as a treat. We had a phenomenal evening. We went at 4:30 pm on Sunday and were seated with a reservation immediately. The waitress was very fun, chatty, and most importantly competent. She explained the concept well, and reviewed all of our menu options. We went with the three course Wisconsin Cheese fondu, steak, and turtle chocolate. The courses were all presented well and explained how to serve. It was really tasty and a lot of fun. We will definitely do I again.

Even with a Groupon, this place is very expensive but delicious and ridiculously filling. I tried some different things this time, including the very tasty spinach artichoke cheese and the deep fry style of cooking, which I probably wouldn't do again because it's so heavy, and I like the flavors of their broth styles. I also tried all of the vegetarian options. The ravioli were amazing even without sauce. The tofu and mushroom pasta were okay. I wouldn't get the veggie meatballs again. Our server was very friendly and tried hard, although she was new and was still learning.

We decided it was a good day to try out the Melting Pot since it was a short distance from the Oklahoma Aquarium. The best way to maximize our experience was to try everything, right??! So the 4-course experience it is!
Cheese fondue * Salad * Entree * Chocolate Fondue *
We opted for the Wisconsin Cheddar fondue, which we dipped an assortment of bite-sized bread....OK, now THAT was delicious! The Cesar's salad, was good...For the main dishes, my husband ordered the Fondue Delight which incl the Filet/Lobster tail/Chicken BreastShrimp/ Mushroom Sachetti, and I ordered the Pacific Rim which had the Sirloin/Duck/Shrimp/Chicken potstickers, both with the Coq Au Vin cooking style (the hot soup cooking up your selections). I probably would opt for a different cooking style next time since I felt that the wine in the cook pot was strong. Our awesome waitress, Tishauna, did recommend the season court boullion which has a "ramen chicken" broth taste, and I should have gone with that.
My husband waited patiently to cook his food...I wasn't patient enough to "cook" my food in the pot, item by item, so I dumped everything inside the pot...That's MY cooking style;)
Dessert, was the scrumptious! We opted for the Creme Brulee fondue which was not on the menu, but they were nice enough to bring it back for me...and of course, it was amazing, and pure bliss with my dipped waffle and blondie!!
I wasn't sure how I would like the finished taste of the food, and the waiting process...But I will tell you, that with a FANTASTIC server like Tishauna, who patiently explained the process and gave us suggestions, she made the all around experience a lot of fun!
The food did turn out delicious and the sauces that came alongside with the food were quite yummy.
This place is quiet and classy, but I see in my future coming back to enjoy their dessert and wine!

TL;DR: American-style version of hotpot with meat in soup and cheese dip. Come here for the fondue and dessert, then go home and eat something else.
Okay, the one word I would use to describe this dining experience is: underwhelming. There's honestly nothing wrong with this establishment or food except for the undeniable fact that I think I could make something so much better at home for a fraction of the price. Service was exceptional; my friend and I were served by a very attentive waiter (I don't remember his name) but he gave us his recommendations and made sure we were accommodated and tended to very well!
I did enjoy the fondue, it was a spinach artichoke dip. The caesar salad was great, especially the parmesan encrusted pine nuts. You could sell that in a jar/bucket and I would come here and buy it to eat (at home). The broth and meat was... okay... but nothing that wowed me.
Also, lighting inside is very dim. I guess this place is meant more for dates and special occasions rather than a casual lunch/dinner.
