First time I have ever been there, it was great, our server Jenifer is most excellent, what an asset she is to this restaurant, if I had a restaurant, I would hire her to run and train people in customer service, we will be back and I hope Jenifer will be working that night.

I've been to several melting pots in Florida, and to this one twice; for whatever reason the experience has been very different.
I don't recall the Florida ones being as expensive, so I don't know if it's a change in the franchise or if it's exclusive to El Paso, but jeesee creesy it's expensive!
Our first experience here was a bit racist? Sexist? Not sure, but we had a reservation and were made to wait while a hetero, white couple that got there 5 minutes after us, no reservation, was sat ahead of us while the staff proceeded to ignore us for close to 10 minutes. Had to get a manager involved.
It was disappointing to say the least, to then also have an expensive, sub-par meal.
The second time service and intersections were way better. Our server was Sabrina and she was attentive, sweet, and engaging. The meal itself was meh, the drinks were great.
So bottom line, don't do the expensive course meals, stick to the cheese fondues and maybe one shared meal fondu. The cheese is where it's at!
The cute "happy anniversary" board was also a nice touch. So they certainly try, hopefully if you go you end up with a 5 star experience.

This place had great service, the waiter Jesse was very helpful. My friends had never experienced something like this so he was very patient at explaining the sequence, processes, and options! We chose the full package for two + one. It included the cheese fondue with bread and veggies and fruit for dipping into the hot cheese. We chose the Quattro Formagio cheese Yummm! We each chose salads "California" style with canned pecans and all. Then the main dish. We each chose a different set of meats: land and Sea; vegetables &pasta; and steaks. You choose a cooking style- we had some kind of French broth. You skew each piece of meat and cook in the broth- there were 8 varieties of dipping sauces to choose from. THEN! The chocolate! You choose the type of chocolate fondue . We had dark chocolate - and there was a nice mix of marshmallow, fruit crispy rice, cookies etc to dip in the chocolate. All in all very tasty. Next time I'd skip the meat cooking and just do the cheese and chocolate. It is plenty! Oh! And happy hour drinks are from 4-7 M-Th. Thanks Jesse for the wonderful experience.

If you are looking for a quick bite this us not for you. It takes time but worth it. The fondue is delicious as was the entree. One entree was enough for the two of us since you fill up on the cheese fondue. I would definitely return. Pleased with the experience, the food and the staff.

The melting pot is really good for appetizers or a light lunch, but it's not great for a full dinner. It was my partner's first time here and only my second time. We wish our waiter would have gone into more details, explaining the sauces and how long he recommends we cook our items for. The potstickers ended up overcooking after a few minutes and all of the filling came out. It's a fun place to try if you're curious, but it's overpriced for what you get. We ordered the Wisconsin Cheddar fondue and the Garden Veggie entree for two. We only had a few pieces of vegetables each for the entree and ate about 5-8 small cubes of bread with cheese. We also had two drinks. The bill was $70.

Can't wait to come back with my love. Tried some desserts and it was great, you can still keep it healthy with all the fresh choices. Very elegant as well.

This was my wife's first time at the melting pot. My first time at this location, and I must say we both really enjoyed our experience. Our waitress was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. She gave us her faves, on everything, and the locals ordered as well. They closed at 9p but we didn't leave until about 11p, but not once did we feel rushed! Again they made our experience memorable. Everything was excellent with the exception of my Cesar salad lol, I added the "salad seasoning" per the waitresses suggestion, and it was not a good move. But the spinach artichoke cheese, was amazing, they give you a tray of different breads, fruits and veggies to dip, my two faves were the pretzel bread and surprisingly enough the green apples....OMG . We did the "bigger night out" which included all the meats on the menu (chicken beef salmon shrimp) with a lobster tail as well. We thought it came with 2 tails being that it was a dinner for 2, but it did not, the lobster and shrimp were my favorite because of the butter sauce that was prepared, it was SOO good! We chose "the mojo" as our broth, my wife asked for a spoon so she can literally drink the broth . We we having a hard time choosing between the turtle, or the banana (not the actual names lol) for a dessert so we let our waitress choose, she recommended the banana and I must say SHE DID US RIGHT!!! Omg it was soooo good. It was white chocolate with sliced bananas and cinnamon all flambéed to caramelize the bananas we wanted to take it to go lol. I ordered 2 virgin strawberry daiquiri's, and my wife ordered a blackberry mijito, and a pineapple something, our drinks were extremely good too. Long story short if you can get away for a couple hours to enjoy the full experience, you should! They have military discounts, and kids eat free on Sundays (I think until 4p)

Wow... I was highly impressed! We got sat by a gracious hostess and were soon greeted by our waitress. She was so helpful navigating the menu. I ordered the BEE tea and you must get it!!!! It's absolutely delicious- a must try.
My son and I ordered the fast fondue and I got the California salad which came with it and subbed the raspberry vinegar dressing for ranch and got mozzarella instead of Gorgonzola- that salad was epic!! We ordered the Wisconsin cheese and another one that had sun dried tomatoes/basil(can't recall the name) and they were heavenly!!!
I rated this 4 stars because the protein that came with the meal wasn't all that great- it was flavorless and the filet mignon was a bit chewy. Dipped in the cheese it was better but without it it was a bit tasteless.
Overall the visit was wonderful and I would recommend this place time and time again.

Well what can I say.... LOVE IT Cheese Fondue delichus!!! Chocolate Fondue.... ALSO DELICHUUUUS!!!!
Highly recomended!!! ohh Yin & Yang Martini a must

I have been to Melting Pot many times and had good service in the last four months.
Yesterday was horrid. I was taking two people to celebrate their accomplishments. The resturant normally calls you when you mark that to add on packages. No call received.
When we got there and the female server went to take our drink order, she was rude. One lady in my party wanted to look at the menu. The server insisted on recommending a drink with ingredients my friend did not like. She said she didn't think she would like it but the server kept pushing. My friend asked for something else and she insisted she have the other drink. My friend finally agreed. When it got there she tried it and hated it. We asked to send it back and get the drink she asked for. The server sent over the bar manager who asked what she didn't like. When my friend told her, the manager ridiculed her. I finally told her I didn't really care what she thought and my friend wanted a different drink. She finally agreed.
The service continued to be bad with our food taking 35 minutes to come out and only after we asked someone else about it.
I'm sad to say I will not be back. The saddest part is I have been taking all of my staff there to celebrate their accomplishments. Now I need to find a new special resturant because the whole $200 meal was miserable when dealing with their staff.
