The Melting Pot

Delicious food and a great staff. I arrived on a Saturday night when most area restaurants in the area were closing between 8:00 and 9:00. I lucked out when I saw The Melting Pot. It was crowded but the manager, Zerry was able to seat me near the bar. My server, Aaron who was also the bartender provided excellent service and gave some excellent recommendations. If you like whiskey, the have a drink called Whiskey Business which was one of the highlights of my visit. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Sierra was the BEST server I've had in YEARS.

Came for a promotion dinner and she made sure I was celebrated to the fullest! Food was great, and best environment possible.

We had reservations and still waited 30 mins for a table.

Parking doesn't make sense, should explain better where to park.

Called but rings for few minutes before picking up.

Manager is not dressed up and shows no professionalism at all.

Servers are nice but drop items again and again. Hear a lot of dropping and saw sauces all over the ground.

Over 3 hours inside for 2 items order. They are gone for long time. They over charge on prices.

Do not go and waste money here. I cannot speak of others melting pots are but this is a no no location.

Many people were coming waiting and walking out.

I absolutely love The Melting Pot. We used to visit for special occasions like my husband's birthday, which has become a tradition after 5 years. We have since added father's day, mother's day, and date nights. We now have introduced our 3 year old daughter and she too fell in love, so we visit regularly for no reason at all! It's such a fun experience to make our way through the menu and try each cheese, cooking style, salad, and chocolate. The cocktails are also great! In the past month alone, we have visited at least 4 times and our daughter lights up to watch the cooktop every time which has made it an entirely new experience. Next we may make our way around to each location in the Atlanta area just to switch it up.

The secluded tables make for great date nights and even with the presence of covid, it has made it even more romantic to be so far away from other tables. Definitely a must in our family

Okay. I'm glad I went for the experience since I live in Atlanta, but I don't think it's that special. For starters, the food is outrageously expensive. I believe the catch here is that you're paying for the experience of cooking you're own foods and dessert in front of you on your table.

I was really disappointed with my drink. I think it was around $10 (maybe more, but don't fully remember) for my Sangria. It wasn't that great, and I finished it in 3 sips because it was mostly ice. The dessert was good, it's fun to dip the snacks into the various chocolate mixes.

Tbh, I think going for dessert on their deal nights is the only time it makes sense to go. That's the only reasonable and good thing in my mind. Food is not worth it for the price.

We love Melting Pot, but was our first time at this particular location. We were disappointed with the salads (a salad should have enough dressing to taste it) and the vegetables with the main course (4 mushrooms, really?).  For $150 for 2 people you shouldn't feel like they are skimping, and we did. Disappointing.

Establishment: I went at the beginning of their day because I genuinely didn't look up the hours so I was EARLY! The staff was quite pleasant and patient given it was my first time [and it was my birthday]. I reviewed the menu before my visit but I still wasn't expecting the entire meal to be made by me lol. I thought I would dip a few appetizers and desserts but my entree would be done in the kitchen [I was wrong]. Great experience. Wonderful execution on social distancing but I would only go back for wine and desserts.

Took my friend here for her bday yesterday. I made reservations and thank goodness a restaurant that actually abides by them I came in and got seated right away. I love the ambiance it's dimly lit inside I imagine to keep it from being hotter than it already was.The drinks were  good our appetizer was interesting the food was just a flat note for me it was fun cooking and the service was amazing so I wouldn't be against returning  also the dessert was amazing I would definitely return just for the chocolate so good. I'd recommend for the people interested in trying this restaurant to just go!!!!!

Let me begin by highlighting that they were very accommodating when thinking about the money they were going to make from the size of our party. Now we were seated and granted it was not really big enough to accommodate the size of our party but we are family and realize it is still COVID protocols so we would make it work. Getting ready to order our party contract was pulled out here the server; 15 people with 12($42 meal choices), 3($49 meal choices) and 5 children clearly stated on the contract. Issue number 1: we are told that we can't upgrade the $42 meals to $49 meals because we initially selected the $42 one, this is crazy to me as it's making the restaurant more revenue and the body count is already in your restaurant so that was a NO from staff and management then comes the children to which we say bring the nibbler plates out as their order again it's NO, we are told we only indicated 5 children and never chose a meal option so they can only get the $42 meal and they are included in the 15 we put on the "party contract" even though it specifically stated 15 adults and 5 children. The service at this particular location is subpar and customer service is non-existent. I WILL NEVER EAT AT ANOTHER MELTING POT AND WILL SCREAM TO THE HEAVENS THAT NOBODY ELSE SHOULD EITHER!!!

The BEST romantic date spot to visit.
MAKE reservations online and add a package to your reservation. (Balloons, roses, etc)
It's nice and dark inside and you can't  see inside from the outside.
Deserts are great. We arrived here at 10pm so they let us do the $12 per person all you can eat dessert and chocolate experience.

I had rose petals and candles on the table for when we walked up.
