First Night in Miami.
This is the first stop on a long list of food dreams.
Our group ordered a variety from the menu. I highly recommend you take a look at the menu prior if possible.
Drinks are excellent (no alcohol at the location). Sweet enough to cover dessert also.
#1 dish to order: Alfredo!!!!!!

If you love well seasoned food, this place is for you. Inside has vibrant colors, plenty of seating & up to date music but a lot of people do to-go orders. The lobster bites are hands down my favorite since it's hard to find good ones--pricey but worth it. The fried shrimp are a cheaper option & just as good. Their french fries are my favorite side. The mac & cheese is probably my second fav, it's good but nothing mind blowing. Same goes for the greens & string beans. I do love the pre packaged dipping sauce & their mystery drink is a nice sweet treat.

Make sure you understand exactly what you're ordering because I've seen them refuse to take food back several times despite it being their fault sometimes. I'll probably try their wings next time but I did see a customer (who requested light sauce) be given wings drenched in sauce. Instead of correcting their mistake the chef replied "they usually have more sauce than that" o_O

Couldn't wait to get to Miami to grab some fried conch! This was the first place that popped up after we got into our rental. When we got inside, I was saddened seeing that the restaurant was only doing carry out. I had no desire to eat in the car but that was our only option. We ordered our food and had it out in about 10 minutes. The Mac and cheese the greens the conch was... mediocre. The meat was barely there with all the fried breading. There was no flavor whatsoever and I was left super unsatisfied and didn't scratch my conch craving. The sauce was delicious and wish I could get it here myself. And the mystery drink was absolutely incredible. It's like all the koolaid memories from my childhood mixed into one. Someone could easily drop a few ounces of rum in there and have an amazing island cocktail. I'd go here again and try the shrimp or the wings with the sides. But it's a no for me for the conch.

No offense to DJ Khaled, but this restaurant doesn't live up to the hype at all! This particularly location has terrible parking.. They definitely have a variety of menu items, which could either be a good or bad thing.. Our waitress was a sweet girl, but our service was extremely slowww for there not to be that many customers in the restaurant! I think some of their options are overpriced, but I like that the combos come with 2 sides (the best deal is the chicken wings combo). My husband ordered the fried shrimp. Those were pretty good too! Overall, I think it's worth giving a chance.. I just think my expectations were a little high because it's co-owned by a famous person.

This was our first stop when we got to Miami. The lemon pepper wings and Mac & cheese was amazing. The staff was friendly. I'll definitely be back

I think I found my new favorite combo. I ordered the fried broccoli once, and after requesting less salt they literally made it to perfection. Really appreciate the thought that went into making my meal.

I am obsessed with their Chicken/shrimp croissant melt. . It is amazing and I urge everyone to try it at least once. The flavors that oozes out with every bite you take is unmatched. Definitely a place o try if you're ever in the area. Great staff. Clean spot. Great music playing. Cant go wrong here.

I'm from Cali & we eat Soul Food all the time. I looked everywhere for a good soul food place & then BOOM!!!! Lickin showed itself! The food here is hands down top tier! Taste like somebodies grandma in the back throwing down. This is how you know the soul food spot is a hit.. if the Mac n Cheese good or the Collard Greens. & let me tell you BOTH is on point! The Greens was soo good! I finished that first! I believe it had ham hock and smoked turkey in it! FIRE!!!! The mac n cheese was made from scratch! Cheesy & baked to perfection! All they missing is some corn bread! But other than that everything & I mean everything is Amazing! The fried Turkey Wings with some lemon pepper seasoning is bananas and them lobster bites & baked snapper is a hit too! So far everything I've ordered from here was made to perfection! They get a 10 Stars from Me!!!!!! 10*

The food is tasty. The value for my selected choices is fantastic. You could never go wrong with the Bogo. I always order through DoorDash or Uber eats and the service is good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for tasty meals.

I've been wanting to come to this restaurant for a while now. I was finally able to go with my son while waiting for his appointment to get his tattoo done. I just want to start off by saying our waitress was very helpful and tentative. The food was very flavorful and on point. I truly recommend you go and try this restaurant out, you won't be sorry.
