Michelle is an excellent attorney. She held my hand during my parents' death and transfer of estate assets. Her staff was wonderful in assessing my needs and directing my energies. She is "Old Salinas," connected into the "network." She is open and realistic about what she can do and how much it will cost. I really appreciate her calm, logical personality.

On another note, I was very impressed that she feels everyone needs to have a will and an advanced health directive. She will perform this service for you at a very nominal fee. In addition, she will explain clearly why, if you have children, you need to have a trust. Again, she will do this for a very low fee.

This review is long overdue! MIchelle has helped my husband and I set up a trust and helped us establish advance directives for ourselves and for our children. She is thorough works quickly and is extremely helpful and thinking through all the important scenarios that you need to consider in planning for your future. Her office is responsive and very pleasant to work with. I can highly recommend her for anyone interested in setting up a trust, I will, an advance directive or power of attorney.
