Excellent food, service was also fantastic, and prices were very reasonable. The salad bar is awesome. The atmosphere is all American, the presidents are pictured on the wall.

Restaurant with a small town feel. Staff were very friendly and the restaurant was very clean.
Ordered a blackened white fish (swai) Po'Boy and it was very good! Two things I look for in a good Po'Boy is good bread and the choice of protein. The bread was perfect! Soft inside with a slightly crisp outside. The fish had an excellent flavor but very thin. I do realize swai is usually thin so this isn't a complaint, just an observation for other patrons.
The onion rings were also very good. Perfectly cooked with a light and crisp coating.
Next time we're back in town I'll definitely go back!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Angie K.Gainesville, GA1165013Feb 5, 2024
Shrimp was not tasty-stopped after one as they were overcooked. Salad bar was good and well stocked. Green beans were from a can but jazzed up a bit. Kind of bland ambiance but seemed to be a fave with the locals. Service was good-no complaints-he was helpful and available when I had a need.

The food was subpar had the Salisbury steak, everything is made from a box or a frozen patty. The salad bar was very good ($16 if you want all you can eat). There was a lot of up charges (onions, mushroom, peppers, salad bar). there is also a charge if you use your credit card. The waiter didn't even check or fill my water glass. The ambience is a typical mom and pa restaurant.

I was reaaaaallllyy craving a salad, so I looked on Yelp and this was the only place with a salad bar in town -- I know!
Salad bar was awesome! & completely satisfied my cravings. I think the red plate (all you can eat) was like $12.99 or something like that.
Brought my daughter with me and we ordered 3 different types of wings. They were cooked to perfection! Nice and crispy, how we like. Lemon pepper were a bit too lemony, but the bbq and Parmesan were perfect.
We will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Paul P.Pensacola, FL0108Oct 6, 2023
Staff was kind, food took forever to get. Hamburgers, hotdog, fries and ocra were all good but the Mac and cheese was so bad I only took one bite. How hard is it to mess up Mac and cheese?
Probably won't go backHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jennifer D.New Orleans, LA41405Oct 6, 2023
We Drive through often and heard about The Hub. It was packed after church and thankfully we ordered ahead. We got shrimp po boys. They were loaded and the bread was crispy. The service was friendly.

Perfect Family Restaurant Experience! The food is amazing. Better than your grandmother made. You could throw a dart at the menu and get something great. I've had both the Country Fried Steak and their Catfish. I recommend either. The waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. Then there are the walls. They are a history lesson in and of themselves. When you see them, you'll understand.
