6/16/2018The Canady Team defines great service and taking care of their client. Ā We felt confident that our best interest was their first priority. Ā
I was skeptical at first, all of their reviews were five stars, but decided to call anyway. Ā I was talking to Tiffany, and at the same time talking to an Agent that was recommended from USAA. Ā It didn't take long to notice the difference. Ā While we were still getting ready to move from our location, upon our request, Tiffany looked at a house for us and immediately gave us all the issues. Ā That same day, in her very busy schedule, she found the time to take a video commenting on the problems. Ā She wasn't trying to sell houses, she was trying to match homes to families. Ā It was more than I expected, leaps and bounds better than I received from the other Agent, it was clear who I could depend on to get my family settled.
When we finally arrived in Colorado Springs, we were excited to meet the Canady Team. Ā Tiffany was unavailable so Zack stepped in to care of us. Ā The transition was flawless. Ā We spent some time getting to know each other. He quickly explained the process and highlighted some expectations, then it was off to look at houses. Ā He had it all lined up and by the end of the day, my wife and I agreed, Zack had our back. Ā We felt that Zack, as much as Tiffany, with the entire team, would take care of us and get us into our new home as painlessly as possible. Ā We were not disappointed. Ā We were, in fact, very impressed with everything they did for us, from the visit coordination to ensuring the house specification were as advertised. Ā Some Agents don't perform to the same level of excellence as the Canady Team.
Zach walked us through the close of our new home. Ā He scheduled our appointments, prioritized and followed up on our deliverables. Ā He was there for us when USAA, our lender, failed to do their part in the process which delayed the closing schedule. Ā He was on the phone with them immediately trying to fix it, understanding that it wasn't just a date being pushed but the expectation and hope of finally being stable again. Ā He worked to smooth out the situation with seller, defending our position in what was a sequence of mistakes out of our control. Ā In the end, he guided us through closure and checked up on again a month later to ensure we were okay and to see if we needed anything. Ā

9/11/2019I sold a piece of property in Black Forest and feel like this team did not negotiate at all on my behalf. As my property sat on the market I was switched through two different agents since one moved on to another business. My new agent did not work well at all in the way of my interests. Our final arrangement contractually left me paying the sellers agent fee which makes sense but also the buyers agent fee and much of the closing costs with title insurance, settlement closing fees, etc. Ā which would only have made sense to split 50/50 with the buyer had I not paid their buyers agent fee. Needless to say the buyer interests were beautifully represented and they got a wonderful deal where I got to pay for their costs for an agent I never met who had none of my interests in mind. Leaves a bad taste in a sellers mouth when you realize you hot to pay for someone who is working against you. Kevin and Tiffany were my agents and this company could only say, "sorry" for not representing me better. I'm afraid sorry does not make up for a loss of $4500 on my behalf for lack of negotiating skills on their behalf. I'm sure they will tell you that as a seller you need to know what you are signing and this is true but what a half baked way to under represent someones interests.
The agents excuse is that this is a regular deal where the seller pays the commission for both the buyer and seller on a house. That may be for homes but not for property as far as I am concerned. I sold two pieces of property in Park County Colorado a year ago where this was not the case at all and both the buyer and seller payed the commissions of their agents respectively and separately. This is merely an excuse for poor performance in terms of Keller Williams representing my interests where they did not even bother to ask if I wanted to negotiate any of these fees but just assumed the status quo that they normally do for all of their customers apparently. This very much left me with a bad taste in my mouth as a seller for a company that did not put any effort at all in protecting my interests for my property sale. I feel like they just wanted a fast commission and to be done with it. At the end of the sale my agent seemed to take longer to respond to texts and would not answer phone calls without a voicemail left on his phone first because of being too busy with whatever he was doing. 10/15/2018Dan Steinhour of The Homebound Team was awesome and super patient with us while we tried to find our perfect home after moving across states. He was very helpful while we searched over 2 months to find our best fit. He was always available on weekends and late nights after work to help fit out schedule as well so that we wouldn't miss out on any opportunities. Highly recommended!

2/18/2018Brian, Tiffany, and The Canady Team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommended for your home buying needs. As first time home buyers, we were not sure what to expect, but with Brian and Tiffany's help, we found our home. Brian made the time to show us houses we were interested in and was always honest and open about the good and the bad of each home. His knowledge and expertise made us feel confident in our home purchase. From the home showings, negotiation process, and closing process, we could have not asked for a better person and team to represent and help us. Brian was always quick to return calls and/or emails and discuss questions or concerns we had and always made sure we knew exactly what was happening each step of the way. We knew we could always trust his advice.
The resources that The Canady Team utilized were great as well (home inspection, etc). Even after closing, The Canady Team will continue to be a great resource, as they have great recommendations for any type of services homeowners need. 11/26/2018My husband and I decided to look into buying our first home, and we decided to trust in the Homebound Team to help us find a perfect fit. Daniel Apodaca from the Homebound Team was great to work with. He's a veteran, not pushy, used to flip homes, and educated us along the way. Daniel is straightforward, and that's exactly the type of Realtor we wanted to work with. We never had an issue stating our concerns to Daniel, and he never made us feel like we were asking 'dumb' questions. With this said, after recently closing on our first home, Daniel still remains a point of contact for us. 9/7/2016My husband and I are out of staters, and flew into Colorado for a weekend home touring trip (July 2016), and we were immediately shocked by how beautiful this State is, especially Colorado Springs. Summary: Brian, his wife, and his team from All Things Real Estate are FANTASTIC with AMAZING customer service. The best of the best, the creme de la creme of Springs! TEN STARS!!!
Before our trip, we found Brian and his team on Yelp, and together we picked homes that we liked using their portal. The portal was easy to use, but it lacked an API/school section. However, I found this is unique to CA, so we mainly asked locals about which High schools are the best.
We met Brian at his office, and he scooted my husband and I AND our friends in his black-VIP status-SUV-kinda-like-limo along for the tour! He is knowledgeable about seller's disclosures, termites in the basement, radon chemicals in the basement, electrical units, water heater conditions and pointed out some uneven floors which we did not notice! I love the fact that he points these things out to us, especially defects in the basement, when we were not used to having basements! He was in no rush to quickly sell us a home, but rather took his time finding the perfect family home for us. We sincerely appreciate this!
We felt incredibly comfortable with Brian and he always have our best interest in mind. He would ask us what's most important, and I told him school district and a sense of community, and he targeted both points like a hawk out for prey.
We decided to buy an investment home in CA, and delay our dreams of building a family in Springs......for 5-6 years!! We will be back and we know exactly who to call...BRIAN CANADY!
At night, we still have dreams of hiking in Springs and raising a family there, until we have to wake up and face the 1+ hour traffic (to go 20 miles), pollution, and the heart attack pace of the Bay Area, CA.Business owner information

8/24/2017They are an absolutely wonderful team. They have a handful of resources that are very easy to utilize. For instance there website. There website is connected to the Springs and Denver MLS and is updated every 15 min giving you every home and the status of the home making it easy to view and see what homes you would want to be in. There are plenty more resources that I could go over but I don't want to spoil them for you.
