The Healthy Spot - Stockton

I was saying in town on business first time there. Was very glad to find them on Google maps. The staff was wonderful and really helped me find the best item for my specific dietary concerns would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a healthy option.

I had the pleasure of trying their coffee, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The taste was on par with regular coffee, but what sets it apart is its unique addition of protein. It's a win-win situation for coffee lovers who are also health-conscious.

Additionally, their donuts caught my attention as they were not fried in grease or oil. As someone who typically experiences allergies from greasy donuts, this was a welcome surprise. I enjoyed every bite without any discomfort.

If you're seeking a light and healthy snack option, I highly recommend this place. Not only can you enjoy a great-tasting cup of coffee, but their donuts provide a guilt-free indulgence that won't leave you feeling sick.

Very friendly staff and scrumptious protein packed coffee, waffles, & donuts. It's located across the freeway from a gym and I wonder if this would be better suited right next to it or across the street from it. I think it suffers from its location a bit.

The waffles were crispy on the outside and nice and chewy on the inside. I wish the waffle had more banana & strawberry with it so it was more like a full serving of fruits and veggies rather than a garnish. There is more about being healthy than just throwing protein powder in something.

That brings me to my main critique. I wish this place was more "healthy" and less "protein". It should be renamed to the Protein spot. With such a heavy emphasis on protein, and the main selling point of the menu, I think the "healthy spot" is a bit misleading. It could stray any newcomer (like it did for me) and visitor who is just looking for a healthy alternative to fast food.

The healthy spot is by far my favorite protein shop in the 209! The shakes, waffles and teas never disappoints. They do tend to get quite busy on the weekends but move fairly fast! The staff always makes me feel welcome and remembers my name and order! I love it here! 10/10 recommend

Such a vibe. Menu is insane, so many options! Owner is extremely knowledgeable and recommends based on what your body needs first then your taste buds after lol. Definitely going back!

this place is so unique and absolutely delicious. We tried the oatmeal the waffle and the protein donuts. The flavours were amazing and the service was excellent. This is a place where I could see myself going to eat every day if I live close enough. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable.

This is my favorite protein spot in town. In my opinion, it is better than the Protein Monkey in the Lincoln Shopping Center. The protein shakes here are sooo rich and flavorful. They are consistent and also have a reward system which I always take advantage of. I also feel like their prices are more reasonable. Location is tucked away but accessible and the owner is always helpful and friendly!
