The Habit Burger Grill

Above average airport food, the southwest breakfast sandwich was plenty to split between two people. Fast service & short line for being morning. A little pricey, but that's airport food, and could use some more options but it's a good classic choice.

The line is incredibly long, self-service kiosk is slow and inefficient.

The food is mediocre but would rather place my order with a human instead of a kiosk.

If your a habitual habit eater. This location is not consistent with others. My review is based off the "ranch" itself. I didn't feel like having a burger. So i thought fries and the best ranch would work.

Nope. Ranch taste like "hidden valley" yuck! Won't be returning for "fries".

Chaos would be more ordered than this place.

We ordered 2 combos from their machine. Had to insert card 3 times because "internet is slow". From that auspicious start it spiralled down.

The two ladies assembling the orders and handing them out could not have come up with a more confusing way if they tried. "Wait for your number to be called" the machine said. Except that rarely happened. Usually one would call out what was in the bag. Only every time someone would come forward and ask if it was their order. Sometimes yes. Usually no. With a limited menu, surprisingly many orders were very similar. Sometimes they would call out a name because the receipt would list it if charged with a credit charge. Rarely did they call a number. That would have worked so much better.

As for the food: The burger was actually not bad. Disappointing that neither came with the cheese we ordered and paid for. And mine had a very generous amount of pickles. Six of them, in fact. I counted them as I removed them. I checked; the receipt clearly showed "no pickles."  

Don't go here if you have a tight connection. Or even a normal one. From ordering to getting the food was 25 minutes.

There is a ray of positive here, however. Grill Dude, you rock! Through all this you were the one shining example of competence. You just kept grilling amongst the flames, seemingly immune from the maelstrom of insanity swirling around you. If management reads this, give him a raise. He deserves it.

this place has the worst service it was horrible. I bought a a char burger and all it came with was just the patty and the bun. No ketchup nothing it was very plain nothing came with it. The service was very slow the machine was faster than the workers themself. The prices where higher so I assumed they would at least buy a little more care into the food but I was wrong they but nothing care and forgot mostly everything in my burger. They look forever to make me a burger, fries and coffee. Don't ever get the coffee either it was the worst coffee I have ever got. If you want coffee just go to Starbucks.

For airport food, the Habit hit the spot! I went with their breakfast char and tater tots and they were tasty, well prepared and frankly..... affordable compared to the other options I was seeing. The food did take some time to come but they were busy but when my pager lit up, so did my soul as I knew I was about to eat something yummy!

Breakfast char had a good bun, and oozed with the goods. The tots were crispy and popped with flavor. Definitely recommend.

Employees wouldn't take my order, had to use the app. App wouldn't let me pay was a waste of time. Airport worker walked up and ordered with employee. Never going here again

Simple burger that hits the spot! Definitely worth getting if you're having a burger craving. Yay for decent airport food! Price point is good and service is fast. Pepperoncini peppers on the side are great.

Absolutely horrible experience today! I ordered a breakfast sandwich and bottled water. Placing the order for the sandwich with Ana was difficult, she didn't know how to put into the computer I wanted egg whites and questioned if I was sure I had the right restaurant. Once I was done giving my order I noticed they were charging me 5.99 for a bottled water when the sign said 5.25. I made Ana aware who told the manager Roman. Roman proceeded to walk from behind the counter and changed the price of the water to 5.99 and said "maybe a little kid changed it". I asked if they would honor the posted price and he said NO. He said there would be no way for him to honor the price. So at this point this is false advertisement. At the end of the day I felt discriminated against because in ALL my life, I've never had a manager change a price in my face then refuse to honor it!
I proceeded to just pay for the item at the incorrect price and when I asked for the managers name, He got super unprofessional, defensive, and snapped and proceeded to ask for MY NAME BACK! How sloppy and unprofessional! Clearly Roman doesn't understand how to be a manager, do the right thing and honor prices. His claims of someone changing the price are false! There were other prices that he also changed in my face, along with upside down prices, it seems his employees didn't set up the counter properly during opening. I asked for a refund and will NOT be back!

Real low class employees here, food tastes bland , def the worst habit I've been to. Very unorganized and very rude. Avoid if possible
