The Grout Doctor-Denver, Aurora, Castle Rock, Parker

I am very dissatisfied by the services provided by the Grout Doctor. I requested to have my kitchen tile re-grouted. Dean and his crew de-grouted and re-grouted at the end of April. I was told that they were using epoxy grout so that should help stabilize the loose tiles. They were not cleanly, they left grout in the kitchen sink and our toilet, and left a big grout pile under the kitchen sink. And that evening after they had finished grouting, the grout was cracking and falling out. We had stayed off the grout as told. For the next week it only got worse. Dean came a week later to check it out and said he would give us a refund. It's been over a month and I have not received the refund and Dean is not responding to my calls or text messages.

the franchise owner made an appointment to look at my broken grout. i changed my plans to accommodate his schedule, but he did not show up, didn't bother to let me know he wasn't coming, and did not respond to any of my inquiries wanting to know if he was running late.
can not imagine anyone thinking this is ok - it's disrespectful, inconsiderate and completely unacceptable. i wanted to give no stars, but i had to give a rating: no stars/thumbs way, way down.

Dean did a great job in repairing quite a few bathroom tiles that had fallen off due to shoddy work done by a previous contractor. His quote was competitive and he showed up on time. The job took him two days and he performed it with care and skill. Before the appointment, we did have to call him a few times to get in touch with him. We were at first worried about his sole negative Yelp review and I asked him about it. He said you can't always keep all your customers happy. He doesn't seem to be the most polished but he pulled through for me and my tenants and I'm happy with the work he's done.

Arranged an appointment with Dean after the free estimate. Made arrangements to miss work to be available for the appointment. The day of the appointment he never shows up and will not answer his phone. This experience wasted a week of my time and a day of pay. If he can't make the appointment he should call. Or atleast not be too cowardly to answer the phone.
