The Greenery

Holy crap! Over the top politeness and helpfulness at The Greenery. It was my wife and my first time in a dispensary. Both guys behind the counter took the time to thoroughly explain different products and their effects to us and never once looked like we were bothering them. Great guys, nice store.

Loved the ease of online ordering and pick up option. Received a text when I placed my order, a text when the order was accepted, and a text when my order was ready for pickup. All in less than 10 minutes!

We visited a couple dispensaries while in Durango and The Greenery was our favorite. Best prices and friendliest experience for sure! Simone helped us and she was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us figure out what all we wanted to get. They have daily specials like 15% off all bud on Mondays. Every day a different special. Also The Greenery is the only place around Durango to get old school hash which I highly recommend. Excellent experience especially due to Simone's help!

Super friendly shop. Good assortment of items. Kind of out of the way but worth Google Map drive to find it.

If you're in Durango....go nowhere else!! Topnotch service and quality and I've been to all of the dispensaries in that town! Just GO!

Super cute place and very very nice staff. Unfortunately, I couldn't give 5 stars because the product I received, has had over 50+ seeds so far (only half way thru product). I have to meticulously pick thru every single time I grind not fun and takes forever. Other than that, great spot!

Great Store. It takes care of it's customers quite well. They went above and beyond taking care of something for me I highly recommend The Greenery.

The only shocking thing is they have 4.5 Yelp! stars and not 5... :-)

Kevin helped me each time I was in. Total professional, full of knowledge and friendly and easy going. I was here with only knowledge of what I've read.

I know there are studies, including Yale and Univ of MD, that favor this is a treatment for PTSD. I asked specifically for something that would help with this.He found me what I need to help. In our first short conversation, I found more information on what I needed than years of reading.

They have massive discount days, massive discounts for the reward program, and a hefty Veteran discount too!

I have to also add that they follow the Colorado COVID mask law and allow the exceptions contained therein. I was turned away from some establishments in Durango but The Greenery does not practice discrimination against those with medical disabilities.

My only complaint was the wait. :-) Then again for top notch product service and price, it's well worth waiting for!

Easy to place an order through their website and my order was ready in less than five minutes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely shop here again.

I bought some pre-rolls and specifically bought an oil infused pre-roll (Motor Breath). I noticed that one of the other joints seemed a little small but I looked past it as it was a lower percentage normal pre-roll. However when I looked at my oil infused pre-roll I'm a little disappointed. The joint is insanely small, considering this is the most expensive pre-roll of them all I thought this one would forsure be filled all the way but it's not and the top is actually pushed pretty far in. The filter is bigger than half the joint and the joint not including the filter is smaller than my pinky :/ unless this joint is packed VERY tightly it's hard for me to believe it's a gram or more... maybe I'm wrong but I'd recommend checking your scales or showing the product to customers before purchasing so they know what they are buying. Don't think I would bought this $25 joint if I knew it was so small... other than the joint issue staff was very pleasant and helpful!
