Q:
Do they allow dogs indoors or just out on the patio?
A:
There's a review stating that only service dogs are allowed inside, but only with a valid certificate proving as such.

We've been here 3-4 times visiting family in Worcester
Great vibe and the food has been great every time
I'm a big fan of the burger bowl and fried pickles

I love this place! We go to the location on Grove St in Worcester
I have never had a bad meal here. I always build my own burger and get something messy, usually with a runny egg and avocado. You can pretty much have any burger you want here. Their menu burgers are creative and look yummy too
I went not long ago with a group that included a toddler and a baby and they were very accommodating
Two thumbs way up!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Angela M.Scarborough, ME6795203Mar 2, 2024
This is a very busy place on a Saturday! We stopped here along our road trip. We decided to sit at the bar as the wait was 30mins and we wanted to get back on the road. The restaurant itself is in what looks like old industrial buildings so it has a lot of character.
The bar was full and it appeared there was only one bartender on. Took him quite a while to get to us. Once we ordered, our burgers came out rather quickly and to order. We got ours with some additional fixings and substituted the sesame bun for a brioche bun. The burger itself was delicious, juicy, cooked perfectly. The bun was dry. I ended up taking the bun off and using the steak knife that it came with to eat it as we couldn't get the bartender's attention to get silverware. Same with napkins, we finally just reached over the bar in front of us to grab some small bar napkins.
Overall: nice environment, tasty food, wouldn't necessarily sit at the bar again.
Front of the house slow (swamped)

These burgers are delicious. So much better than Red Robin. I got the mushroom burger with arugula and Gouda cheese. I was so yummy. I've also gotten the crunchy burger with prosciutto, potato chip and Parmesan crisp and it didn't disappoint.
The service is good. Staff is nice. I like the way the place looks on the inside as well. They also have other options other than burgers.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jackie M.New Bedford, MA854214Apr 21, 2024
If you want to get a table at this location be sure to make a reservation otherwise you will wait for 30+ minutes for a table. This location has great ambience. Love the different seating options. Food is always very good and the huckleberry vodka (on draught) cocktail is refreshingly delicious. My favorite menu item here is the ghostface burger which is a turkey burger. I am craving it just writing this review. Sweet potato fries is the perfect accompaniment to turkey right? They are crispy and delicious!! You can't go wrong with food here. Always good!

Food took more than an hour to come out after waiting an hour to be seated and when we asked our server why it too so long she's like "that's how long it takes when it's busy."
Their Marlborough location is much better. Skip here and go there.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - V N.Worcester, MA19187Apr 4, 2024Updated review
The atmostsphere is rather family friendly but after a certain night time, it can be like a sports bar but more tamed. They have a bar in the ceter and they renovated the seating to have booths than bench seatting which is really nice. Parking is in a lot where sometimes there is a person to give you a ticket and sometimes not, but the restaurant can vouch for it. Their nachos were pretty good it had bbq and beef which really sold me on flavor and using potato chips adds more creativity than just regular tortilla which I really liked. The sandwiches were okay, usually they're better than this but today I just didn't love it.
The Enzo chicken sandwich was layered well but chicken was seasoned with a bit too much pepper, and I felt that the sweet potato fries were stale, not as crispy but still edibles, just did meet my expectations even though my friend recommend me this. The bigger Mac look like someone smash the bun but it taste good, probably a bit more Mac sauce would've seal the deal. Otherwise, the other burgers are always solid.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0Apr 4, 2024Previous reviewIt's a solid burger restaurants, I find that they have quality food despite having a smaller menu. I haven't written a bad review in a LONG time and I try my best not to on most occasions ... but the experience we just had here was so funky I had to do it. From the moment we walked in the door, the vibe was so unfriendly by all the staff. The hostesses barely acknowledged our presence or said anything to us. The one woman saw us with our baby stroller and clearly looked displeased that we were there. I kindly asked if there was any table out of the way (knowing that ppl get nervous about loud babies in restaurants) and she just scowled and promptly told me that I need to fold up the stroller... and that was it. I was like... ok yea sure that's not a problem. We were taken to our seats and our waitress also looked annoyed to wait our table. She would linger and stare at us but in a really odd way. I'm not sure if this had to do with the baby or being a mixed race couple (unlike other ppl there) but the vibe was very uncomfortable. We kept getting stares the whole time so we ate our food fast and left. Our baby was also extremely quiet and well behaved through the entirety of the meal so it's not like we were causing a scene or anything. The food was honestly mediocre and SUPER expensive. Pretty disappointed.
