The Fireside Martini Grill

My partner and I went to Fireside for the first time for dinner with our four year old. It was burger night, which meant a burger and fries for $5. My fiancee was intrigued by the fact that Fireside features several vegetarian burger options. Unfortunately, only the traditional burgers are included in burger night, despite the fact that all of the burgers are roughly the same price.

We enjoyed the outdoor seating, and the burgers were great. $5 for a great burger and fries was a great deal. The fries were under-salted and could be crispier but were a generous portion.

We did not, however, enjoy the waitress forgetting our daughter's burger. We also did not enjoy the generally slow service and having to ask two servers for the check. When the check finally arrived we were given the wrong check which I accidentally quickly signed since we were eager to leave.

As we were getting into our car, we were stopped by our waitress. Despite my offer to pay the difference in cash (around $5) the waitress insisted on recharging my card, which I did not prefer as I didn't want to risk being charged twice. It took roughly 15 minutes to straighten it out and I ended up running late for a meeting.

Especially given the mix up with my daughter's burger, I was frustrated with being delayed over $5. It may have been a fluke, but it soured our experience and makes me question whether to return.

Growing up in the neighborhood, I had high expectations... chicken Thai tacos, we're terrible, the hard shell was extremely stale, forgot the coleslaw, chicken was in large chunks, the sauce was mediocre at best but didn't mind it.
My girlfriend had the filet and shrimp. 4 little shrimps she wasn't pleased with and the smallest piece of steak that was over cooked and seemed to be a different side of beef than an actual filet.. she couldn't eat it for it was over cooked. That and 3 stale tacos cost over $40....never again. The dive bar across the street has better food for half the price

I wanted to have a 60th birthday party for my husband in his hometown of Dunmore. A friend suggested Fireside Martini Grill and I'm so thankful he did! The owner was so easy to deal with even from afar and was always very prompt in getting back to me with answers to my questions and concerns. Living out of state, I had never been to the restaurant but when we went to check it out on the day of the party I was very pleased and knew it was the perfect venue for the event! It was a large party so we had the entire place to ourselves. The restaurant was a nice, casual atmosphere with a long bar. The enclosed deck had multiple tables with fire pits in the center. We opted for the appetizers and the buffet dinner. The appetizers were amazing! The servers passed them around multiple times and everyone had more than enough. Dinner was equally good and plenty of food! If that wasn't enough, the bartender and servers were the best! From start to finish, the service Jim and his staff provided was excellent and made for a very successful and stress free party! I would highly recommend this business whether its for a private dinner or a big party!

My family a party of six were ceebrating a major birthday on a Thurs evening with reservations . We had reserved one of the "igloos" for something special. It was lovely and very warm and private.
The food was great, service exceptional and of course the drinks were marveous. We had no complaints and will be returning again soon. Highly recommend.

Just because you put something on a taco shell doesn't make it a taco. The worst food ever.
I have eaten here before it was never this bad. I never complain but asked for a refund on the pork tacos that my boyfriend could only tolerate one when u get three. It's all about quality not quantity.

The portions were great and the prices were reasonable!! Service was on the slower side and the place wasn't too busy but with everything going on in the industry right now I understand! I will definitely be back. Drinks were amazing!

We found this gem while traveling through the area - and I'm so glad we did! The food, cocktails, and ambience were great - but the service was amazing! Plus - they have gluten-free pizza!! We had the peach and jalapeño martini - and OH EM GEE - soooooo good!!! Definitely make time to stop by if you're in the area.

Our first time to a place blocks from us. This location has had many a restaurant, bars, and grills. Fireside is the best so far. A great menu choices, friendly service, good portions and in house made selections. We started off with some wine and flavored martinis, then the Mexicali appetizer. All good. I had the homemade ravioli w/meatball (this is Dunmore, so a test of any restaurant is its pasta). It was wonderful. My wife had the turkey burger, again perfect. We finished with an espresso.
Our seating was on the patio and was quiet and inviting. The prices were very reasonable for the portions and quality.
