The Firemen Movers Prescott

I don't know if this will get posted because we didn't get to use this company mainly because the person I spoke to (a female student) was so rude and full of herself. She said she wouldn't move us because she didn't like our attitude. We were nothing but kind to her on the phone, and this was after we had to call them three times before they called us back. We just needed to know if they could do the job or not and how much it would cost. When they finally did call us back, we got nothing but a bad attitude from this student.
I guess they don't need the business. I wonder if her manager is aware of her bad attitude or maybe the whole team is that way. It's very sad when you don't know how to treat a customer that you've never met. It shows great immaturity.

Firemen Movers made us a quick appointment after we
bought a beautiful Amish roll top desk from Amish Home Decor in Prescott Valley. Two very nice young men named Nick and Andy were the delivery and set-up guys. They were quick and efficient, and did a great job assembling the heavy desk, which they had been carefully instructed in how to reassemble by Dan of Amish Home Decor.

Nick and Andy were friendly, polite, and personable, and helped us move another table from downstairs to upstairs as well.

I recommend Firemen Movers - 5 stars!

We scheduled a move for today 11/20/22 with a 11:30 am appointment time. At 9 am we got a call that they were waiting on us. Asked about our 11:30 appointment and we're told they needed to check in with administration. They could not contacted them. They demanded a $100 per hour charge from 9 am or they were going home. We told them that our appointment was at 11:30 and did not get the truck until 10:30. if they're were early it was on them. They went home and completely abandoned us. Now drove 750 miles, overnight room cost and two senior left horrifically frantic and stuck. They charge my credit card ahead of time. Now I have to dispute with my credit card company. Don't use them them if you need someone you can count on.

The Fireman Movers Prescott were a life saver. They stepped up to a situation that PODS left us in and were so responsive and professional. We came into this very nervous and unsure of how this would turn out. Without them our situation would not have turned out favorable. Thank you to the whole staff, from the dispatcher to the estimator and then the amazing movers that made the long haul their mission and got everything to us safely. 5 stars isn't a high enough rating.

These guys are amazing. Professional, courteous, and able to navigate large trucks in impossible situations. I'll hire them anytime I need to move.

Fireman's movers stole 4 sets of my husbands golf club and they did not provide an inventory list. Do not trust them whatsoever.

These guys were great! Everything went as planned and much faster than I thought it would. I've never had such a good experience with movers. Also, there were no hidden fees or unexpected charges---which I found unusual.

If I had to move again, I would never think of using anybody else.

Yesterday was the second time they have helped me move and all 4 were very pleasant, courteous and were early. All a bonus for us. I highly recommend them for any moving needs!!

Can't say enough nice things. The young men who did the move was awesome. I think their names were Brendon and Kevin. The company made our move so easy and they are very reasonable. Again nothing but kudos to the company and hope they have continued success

I've had to move a few times in the last year. And I was responsible for relocations of executives at a previous job.

So, I feel I have good experience with movers and moving.

But I've never seen anyone like this group. The fastest, most efficient, most conscientious, and kind movers I've ever seen or worked with.

I watched our stuff run to and from the truck. I heard them support and encourage each other. Incredible team work, incredible hard working people.

I don't want to move again, for a long time. But when I do, I'm calling them.

One of the few bright spots of my move. These guys were fantastic! Because of the problems with the company that moved our belongings, we had to have them out three seperate times. Each time they showed up on time, with a great attitude and work ethic. They were literally jogging in an attempt to be as cost effective as possible. I give them 5++ stars!
