The Espresso Lounge

I haven't been here for months because of my handful of visits were not a pleasant visit due to the unfriendly customer service at the register. This left me not enjoying my visits or my drinks.
When my husband informed me it had gone under new ownership, which is a part of the Trupiano Restaurant Group Family, I thought I would give it a try since we are fans of Trupiano, italian restaurant in town.
Like the other yelper mentioned there is plenty of seating and the place is decorated nicely and has that cozy feel. They still have the few seats outdoors. It is only a few, and when I do pass by, I usually see people enjoying a cup of joe with their four legged friend. I love pets, but if your allergic keep that in mind. Also, this is located on a main, busy street so if your looking for some peace and fresh air you won't get that here. But, do go indoors and enjoy your joe, it's a very nice place, plus free Wi-fi! You will need to ask for the password.
I'm very happy to say, the customer service at the register is quite nice, finally! think this will keep me as a repeat customer, I could add another local cafe place to my list!

When I walked in from the cold, I wasn't expecting this great warm and cozy gem. The girls behind the counter were friendly and very sweet. I ordered Chai Latte, so did my husband and a poppy lemon muffin. I'm going to bookmark this place for future visits.

Place is a cute, well kept, modern full-service coffee shop!

Staff is super friendly. Stephanie and Suzie were very informative and accommodating.

I love that they have almond milk, and for those who prefer soy, they have that as well.

I got my usual coffee with honey and almond milk, just the way I make it at home and just the way Starbucks can't!

Place is big with tons of seating. Prices are slightly lower than Starbucks.

I will take just about any coffee shop over Starbucks and I love trying a privately owed mom and pop location. I was excited to give The Espresso Lounge a try. I stopped into The Espresso Lounge and my first impression was a positive one. It was welcoming and had a great coffee shop atmosphere. To drink I went with a blended drink as it was a hot day and was very happy with it. I really like their camel. Success.

I was, however, saddened to look around more closely and see the place was a bit of a mess. There was trash, napkins, straws, paper, dust and just uncleanliness all over the floor. I might give them some grace if it was super busy; however, that wasn't the case. It was a case of laziness and pour management in my humble opinion. If they keep the place clean I think they will have a great thing going (on a side note, the connect juice bar store seemed very clean).

The coffee here just tastes better! It my new go to place for my morning latte. I with the weekend hours were a little different. It's a decent spot to chill, read, meet people, converse so I do wish they'd stay open longer. It's very welcoming and the staff is always friendly. Drinks are made with a quickness as well.

Excellent coffees and light fare. Last night they held the first Comedy Night at the Lounge. It was fantastic, although a little crowded. The show will be at 127 West Elder Street Social House on May 9th.

I Love this spot, it's comfortable, great coffee, hometown feel, and it's not Starbucks! The juice Bar next door is attached and offers a different kind if atmosphere and healthy options.

Been here a few times and always had a great experience, BUT there's nothing like having an employee avoid eye contact with you and lock the door as you're about to grab it at 2:00.

So I do like this place but I really don't like yours hours and being kicked out by the sound of the vacuum yet again with at least 10 people sitting will be the reason you loose me to the new Starbucks...its summer, at least have summer hours...super sunny outside....

Great coffee choices, living room ambience, friendly staff, smoothie bar in adjoining room. Now if we could get them to open later in eve hours?
