If you're a girl yes. Guys should wear pants and not baggy either. However on karaoke nights it's just a chill atmosphere. You can dressed relaxed including shirts ;).

This is definitely a hidden gem in Downey. It's located right off of second Street and Downey blending in nicely so it's unnoticeable.
I love a really good cheeseburger, especially when all the ingredients combined create perfection.
This cheeseburger "the LAX" should be top ten for the month of December 2023 in LA county.
This savory combination with its simplicity, makes it so amazing between the layers of patties, grilled onions, arugula and cheeses that it smashed between some soft, sweet buns like that of resembles Hawaiian rolls. Of course I could have added more to it like: jalapeños, lettuce, tomato, avocado or bacon, etc. but it was simply divine the way it was prepared.
The owner "David" served me that evening and he offered a wcipa (west coast Indian pale ale) a new beer he was serving that paired well with the food. Seeing how happy David was talking about the items really showed me how much he cares for his business. The food and beer were tasty. I will return.

Sub par food I literally saw someone walk in with 2 bags of precooked grocery store chicken wings no crowd on a Friday night I'm seeing a Tyson frozen chicken patty being used for the buffalo fries here....this place is very low effort epic failure.... Will not be back can't even have a actual music app they have YouTube with commercials and all inside is dreary humid and not very inviting

I tried to open up a new page since this location has been rebranded by bar rescue. The former Epic lounge is now called Epic live. Totally different Vibe. There's definitely things that I love and things that I'm not so excited about.I love the functionality but for some reason it seems so much smaller. I absolutely hate that they took away the big karaoke screens. That is what set this place apart from any other karaoke spot. I do not like they took away all the USB plugs out !As somebody who's constantly yelping, and my phone is always going dead. Luckily, I'm spoiled and they run around looking for plugs to make me happy like always! To be honest, this is always gonna be my favorite spot. I'll work with what they throw at me ! As long as the owners here, I'm pretty much on board with Whatever . These are my people #EpicWhateverForever

Now I'm used to coming here for Wednesdays and Thursdays for karaoke, but the last two Wednesdays have been a little different. Karaoke till 10 and then the rest of the night is a drag show. The promoters are calling it delicious ! I absolutely love the promoters, too ! I don't know what it is about drag shows ! It's just so much fun! They're bigger than life personalities. Just all the effort It's so amazing! It's just so super fun. It's a perfect girls night event. So the days of having to drive all the way to Long Beach or West Hollywood for a good drag show are over. Come to Delicious on Wednesday nights after 10 at the epic lounge .

My best friend is a pretty lucky girl her birthday lands on St. Patrick's Day. Let me tell you how I plan a no mess Built in birthday party . Epic lounge has the funnest karaoke nights. Wednesday and Thursday! You can call in advance and reserve a table for free . Get there early decorate your birthday nook . Go to dinner and arrive to a full-blown party it's awesome. It's the best place to do karaoke. You don't have to sing from the stage . You can sing from any part of the lounge. I might be good at karaoke but I definitely have to do it from safe place . I feel like it's really important to reiterate Karaoke is not only for people that sing good . No ! Karaoke is for everybody. Everybody deserves a chance to shine ! It's about taking your three minutes of fame and doing your best . There's nothing more addictive then karaoke. You can be so scared and worried you're gonna crash . You just have to push those nerves aside and do it . Nobody boo's here ! You're always met with encouragement . The moment your song is over and that scary feeling is gone. All your left is with the most natural high. Another one bites the dust now your sprung . You have just joined the wonderful world of Epic Lounge karaoke! Where everybody has a good time ! After everybody is comfortable with each other of course the whole lounge is gonna sing happy birthday to you . It's just the loving thing to do. Here's the best part no cleanup for me ! Best birthday party I ever threw on a Thursday. Success! Thank you Epic lounge for always being a source of happiness in so many peoples lives. 5 stars! Best St. Patrick's Day ever!

Halloween was a blast both patios are open everybody social distancing you can walk inside the night club area just to buy drinks and walk out of course you must wear a mask. Last night was Day of the dead party. Every year they do this they always have somebody that paints skull faces on people which is really exciting I did it one year. There's definitely a really cool feeling with all the orangeCarnations and all the Day of the dead decor. Of course the music 80s Spanish rock New wave all your favorites. I can't wait till coronavirus is over I miss karaoke so bad. This is the best spot to do it at. They have an amazing rock collection of Covid masks its definitely cool place .The whole staff is amazing. Always a fun spot in Downey to come to .

When my friends told me that there was a local karaoke / drag night At a bar that just got Branded by bar Rescue.. I just about jumped at the chance ! It's definitely not what i'm used to but i had a wonderful time encouraging those beautiful drag queens. Love your favorite whistle / whiteboy #LetsGo!#5Stars

Our only problem was this place was LOUD!
We were sitting at a small table and couldn't carry on a conversation. The place was packed and service was a bit slow.

Love this local Bar. Staff is great and friendly and everyone here is awesome. The owner is very attentive and Kareoke stage is the best in the LA area you have to check it out. The drinks are affordable and yummy. They host a variety of events and more which I enjoy going too as well and you can order food .
