I got my Mom some earrings and a lovely necklace for myself. I was surprised how many pretty things they had and the prices were very reasonable.
Will definitely return again!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Paige S.Medford, OR59916Mar 3, 2017
What is not to love about this small locally owned business?
A go to place when I am looking for gifts. I always manage to find something unique and fun. There is so much to look at, the jewelry selection is endless and in a wide variety of price ranges and styles. Great card selection too! My weakness is the estate case. Absolutely beautiful finds and lucky for me, they have layaway!
Super friendly and always aiming to please staff:)Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - H. H.Chico, CA311564Dec 23, 2017
Out of all the shops (and we went to them all) this was my favorite.
Really cute jewelry at reasonable prices, got a pair of earrings I love.

Really cute place! They have tons of jewelry and gift items to pick from. I was visiting from out of town and accidentally left a pair of earrings inside their store. We were already out of town by the time I noticed. After I called they offered to mail them to me which was super helpful! I recommend checking this place out!

I was on a working vacation in Southern Oregon when I decided to spend a few days in the quaint town of Jacksonville, which is a few miles west of Medford. It's a great historical town, and it's fun to simply wander around town relaxing, walking into shops, or trying the great eateries in this Historic town.
It was my first day in town and I was staying at an Airbnb a few blocks away from the center of town, so that I could enjoy a bit of exercise on my trip. I enjoy being outside when I'm not at my computer so this was definitely a great part of the small size of Jacksonville.
I wandered down one of the streets in town, and saw a nice window display. I wandered in, and found a cute shop full of awesome stuff - scarves, soaps, perfume, cards, and cute things you would want to treat yourself to or buy for a friend. I started a conversation with the nice woman behind the counter, who lives down the road in Ashland.
We chatted for about 20 minutes, then I did some shopping. I bought a cute turquoise braided string bracelet with a gold toned metal piece that I wear every day, and a nice soap. I had a hard time deciding which one to buy, they all smelled nice and were of nice quality.
I came back the next day to double check the price of the soap, since I remember seeing different price on a soap than the one that I bought home. When I went back to confirm, the owner kindly offered to double check for me. He checked my receipt, and I did, in fact, purchase the soap at the sale price. I'm glad I went back in to have a chat, as I enjoy meeting a fellow business owner. Very nice gentleman, he owns the store with his wife.
I love silver and unique materials, and this store has a large selection of bracelets, rings, and necklaces made by local artists so you have lots of options to choose from. Whether you're in town for a special occasion or just want to treat yourself to a unique piece of handmade items like jewelry, definitely check this place out. I really like this store, and will certainly visit again next time I'm in town.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Bea H.Beaverton, OR629296Sep 7, 2015First to Review
A favorite in Ashland.
Unique jewels, hair accessories, and whimsical gifts.
They have goods from the the local artist "papaya" including cards, wallets, cards, shopping bags and purses.
There are quality scarfs clothing and purses for sell here.
My favorite thing would have to be the charms that they sell that you can attach to brackets and necklaces: monograms, inspiration sayings, bugs, etc.
Check it out!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Erik L.Medford, OR06Feb 11, 2018
We worked with Crown Jewel to design wedding rings for both my wife and I. The customer service was exceptional throughout the process. We were presented with several options at different price points. Our special requests were accommodated with curtsey and the utmost professionalism. The work was high quality and completed in a timely manner. Ultimate, Crown Jewel delivered the perfect rings at the perfect price. Overall, we are very impressed by Crown Jewel and would highly recommend both the Ashland and Jacksonville shops to anyone!

I love the store in both Jacksonville and Ashland but have had two different experiences that have forced me to be more cautious with any future purchases. In 11/15, I ordered and paid for a wallet in the Jacksonville store. I was told it would be shipped to my home. When it didn't arrive in 4 weeks, I was told they had no record and I hadn't paid. I stupidly did not save my receipt, so I had to print out my bank statement to prove my purchase and re-order my wallet just in time for Christmas.
Then this year, I bought a beautiful handmade moonstone bracelet for my daughter. It had a toggle clasp and it kept falling off because the round part was too big for it so my daughter never wore it. I brought it back to the Ashland store to get the clasp changed. It took 3 weeks which I didn't mind, but then they charged another $8.00 for the new clasp even though the original clasp was not wearable. The clerk said they have to charge for parts. I wish I would have thought to ask for my original clasp since I paid for that too. Anyway, the stores are nice, unique and fun but I suggest that you ask questions and keep documentation of any purchase or communication.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
