My computer screen stopped working so I called David because he's in my neighborhood.  David was able to talk me through a fix over the phone.  He was very helpful and patient, and did a great job of explaining the possible problems to me, although I'm not particularly savvy.

At minium he saved me an $80 rush diagnostic fee and the hassle of taking my computer somewhere.  I work from home, so it was a huge relief.

I will definitely recommend him, and use his service in the future if (when) I need it.

Three times have had "dead" computers resurrected.  All solutions provided over the phone and or by email   Cannot sing his praises enough. Thank you, thank you.

Something happened to my computer that prevented me from accessing the Internet. I spent about 9 hours over three days on the phone with techs and troubleshooting myself.  I did not have a virus and my computer was picking up Internet signals; I was just unable to connect.  Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated.  I was ready to throw in the towel and purchase a new laptop when I thought I'd try one last resort and have a tech check out my computer.  

I've never had to bring in my computer for service so I was a bit lost about who to use.  I found David on yelp and was pleased with the reviews.  I scheduled an appointment with him the next day.  When David arrived, he immediately began work.  He was friendly and clearly explained what he was doing along the way.  David repaired my computer in a fraction of the time I'd spent.  As an added bonus, he installed better antivirus software.  

David's reliability, efficiency and knowledge saved me a ton of time and money.  I highly recommend him.

Dave spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me trying to sort out a repair question for my still-under-warranty computer.  He referred me to another company that does that work but was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.  I'll use him the next time I break something!

Wow.  David just spent 20 minutes on the phone and researching for me ... for a Mac problem he doesn't currently even fix!  I'm blown away by his generosity and resourcefulness.  He did all the groundwork, so I now I know my next steps.  He gave me specific ideas for super-affordable fixes including DIY (!), and a referral to a trusted vendor.  I will definitely call him the next time my Mac acts up (luckily a rare occurrence).  I learned he has a specialty in data recovery.

I got a trojan on my computer a few days ago and found David Anders on Yelp.  He was able to come to my place the next day and, although the trojan proved to be a really nasty one, he was able to get rid of it and clean up the rest of my computer.  It's running great now and I would recommend him to anyone.

The hard drive on my laptop crashed last Friday. I found David on Yelp within about an hour of calling a few other services and receiving astronomical quotes and week-long wait times.

David sized up the situation quickly and was at my door within three hours. He collected the computer, called me with updates on the files and the issue with the drive and turned around the machine within a day.

And, although the work turned out to be more complex than he thought, he only charged me against his original quote.

The computer is humming along - not only fixed but working better than it was prior to it's crash.

I can't recommend his service and technical work highly enough.

David is an honest, knowledgeable, patient business owner.  I had the infamous blackscreen on my Gateway desktop with Windows 7.  After spending an entire day trying to reboot and diagnose the problem, including using Google and Youtube tutorials, I finally broke down and called David, and I'm glad I did.  He walked me through the problem after asking me a few relevant questions.  My computer was up and running within 5 minutes, and he never asked for any money.  I happily leave this positive review and encourage anyone to give David a call about his or her computer problems in order to get an honest, valued, opinion and estimate.  I will certainly do that.  Thanks David!!!

Fantastic! My laptop stopped working and David talked me through the fix over the phone! Very friendly and he knows his stuff. He saved me money and fixed my laptop in no time at all. Highly recommended! Thanks David!
