The Colorado Room

Loved this spot for a quick beer and meal before the state championship football game. The slider concept is good for mixing and matching, and I appreciated the vegetarian options. Good beer selection as well.

Staff was friendly and enjoyed chatting with them - very casual and fun environment. Very reasonable prices too.

Staff were very friendly. Since it was our first time here they gave us a rundown of their menu.

I ordered two of their Sammie's and got the meal deal so I added on a side salad and got a drink with it. The sandwiches that I tried were the pesto and the steakhouse. WOW! I was shocked with how delicious these were. If this place wasn't more than an hour away I would only eat sandwiches here and nowhere else. They were that good! The side salad was excellent too. You could tell they made their dressing from scratch. The greens were very fresh which is always a great sign of their food quality!

All the artwork on the wall is for sale so if you see something you like you can bring it home with you!

We happened to come into The Colorado Room on an evening when there was live music in the back. This meant that a lot of the seating was reserved, but we were still able to find a seat.

You order up at the front, which is helpful because the gent up front was able to give us guidance on the menu and we were able to see that the sizes of some of the sides. We got about half a dozen sliders and they were all delicious! Food was also delivered to our table promptly which was a pleasant surprise (crowded did NOT equal slow). They had a broad beer selection, but there were no drinkers in our group.

This place has a warm and welcoming vibe and seems to really support local community. If we lived in FoCo I think I would be a regular.

I've been here a couple of times already and tried a lot of their menu. Shit, this place is packed and for good reason. THE FOOD IS GOOD!! My first visit here, I tried the 2 sammy meal deal with sweet potato fries. Second visit, got poutine with wings. Most recently, Rocky Mountain Oysters ordered to-go. Wait was about 15-20 minutes for the food but again, the restaurant was packed and it was a Friday night, so completely understandable. Highly suggest this place!

Stopped by this place upon entering Fort Collins. Had several things on the menu: traditional poutine, traditional wings, chicken pesto sandwich and caprese sandwich along with the chicken pesto salad.
Gotta say...the music was great but the food was better. OMG! Both my hubby and I loved everything and he walked out of there saying, "that was a great meal!" Thank you for a great lunch experience!

We are long time fans of The Colorado Room. Inside the unassuming exterior lies a gem of a local restaurant. Welcoming, casual vibe and consistently great food. Depending on the weather, you can chill inside or on the back patio. The Sammy meal deals allow for myriad options of Sammy & side combos. I keep coming back to the Pork Rhine, The Veggie Caprese and the Chicken Pesto. The Bahn Mi is also fantastic. Can't go wrong with the sweet potato fries on the side. You'll often be greeted by the owners who are genuinely kind & gracious. It's one of my kids' favorites as well - anytime they're back in town we are sure to stop in! The Colorado Room recently celebrated 10 years in FoCo - here's to many more!!

The best Sunday morning breakfast! They are always super fast with a speedy delivery of these delicious Sammie's, I ordered a sausage egg and cheese, it came with this delicious house sauce they use for the taters and fries. Absolutely delicious and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quick bite. The vibes make you feel like you're in a small town family owned restaurant.

The Colorado Room was highly recommended by some locals when I asked around while walking downtown Fort Collins. I was told it was a super chill spot with great food, good selection of beer, and really nice guys providing great service.

Upon walking in, it was obvious that The Colorado Room is all about supporting local businesses and individuals as art from local artists were all over the walls, concert tickets were next to the cash register, and there was a wall full of local business cards. Super cool!

As for the food, "wow" was the first thought that came to mind upon trying the sammies. They were so flavorful and jam-packed with delicious ingredients. I wanted to try all of the sammies! Maybe I will one day...

I did not catch the other person's name who was there at the time but Danny and the rest of the crew are doing an amazing job at The Colorado Room serving food and beer all with top notch service. Thank you! I'll be back!

A favorite place to get the seasonal slider and poutine. I always look forward to the peach-creations and new items.

We absolutely love this place. Poutine is amazing. Sandwiches are amazing. Beer is amazing. Staff is amazing. One of the best gems in Fort Collins! Just go already!
